Episode 3 - Full Episode Predictions
What do you think of my prediction on how I think things will go next episode? Post your opinions as well. I copied and pasted this from Google Docs (Where I originally wrote this) So if there is any problems with the way this came out, it isn't my fault and you could tell me how to fix it. Thanks!
The episode begins with a dream sequence that feels real at first, for there is no previous indication that this is a dream. Clem is awoken by the sound of Carver’s group waking everybody up. It’s night out and they seem to have set up camp due to the long ways to their holdout.
This scene ends rather abruptly and now the group is on the move during the day. This is what we saw in the preview. A conversation between Kenny and Clem begins to spark until they are interrupted by Bonnie asking them to be quiet. Carver starts speaking to the group about how great of a place this really is and how different it’ll be to those who have already been there. This scene ends with the group looking down at the holdout.
They begin walking to the gates and Carver yells up to one of the guards in the tower to open the gates. The gates open and they enter the place. There is quite the community, many people and families are seen walking around, minding their own business and doing their own thing. Throughout this, small glimpses of a few 400 Days characters can be seen.
Carver leads the group through a few areas of the holdout. He orders Troy to go inform someone about what happened to Johnny. Troy heads off and Carver turns around to introduce people to the holdout. The people who have already been there are rather disappointed and seem to not be paying any attention. Carver let’s it go and shows them to their room.
Upon entering a pitch black room, Carver walks in ahead and disappears into the shadows. A few seconds later, the light comes on and reveals that Carver found the switch at the other end. The room has many tables, empty crates, torn couches, and random empty cans and bottles of food and drink. It looks as if it’s a work station. Carver says to be patient and that he’ll be back in about an hour to check in on them. He heads off, bringing Bonnie with him and locking the door behind him.
HUB AREA 1 - Explore this room, talk to everybody so far and examine all the objects in the room.
An hour passes and the door opens. Everybody looks at the person standing in the doorway. It’s a person who says that Carver needs them. A few people decide to stay back, one being Rebecca because of the pain she starts to feel. Depending on who survived last episode will determine who else stays with her. The man let’s them stay, he seems rather nice about it.
Walking through the multiple areas, this time through areas you hadn’t seen previously, you end up in a backlot of some sort. Fences surround this area, tall ones for that matter, and you are able to see outside into the parking lot. Carver is seen approaching you after he gets done speaking with somebody else. He says a few things to Clementine to keep her from worrying. Kenny ends up interrupting and tells Carver to leave her alone. Carver respects that and asks them to follow him.
They enter a large warehouse area. Carver teases them with food, then assigns them jobs, claiming that they have to earn their food. Clem is assigned to work with Bonnie in repairing and fixing materials. Unsure what to do, Bonnie begins to teach her a few things. Clem notices how nice Bonnie is being unlike previously; she then questions her on it. Clem and Bonnie have a decent conversation before starting to work on the materials. You can decide what to work on. The conversation continues through the work and Clem notices the Green Weapon (Which resembles Hilda) hanging on the back board.
Bonnie explains how they have a few of those around the area, how useful they are and how they are able to create them. She mentions how the idea was someone else’s. Clem asks who, but the calmness of the scene is disturbed by what sounds like fighting outside. Bonnie and Clem run out and see Carver putting a beating on Kenny. Carver is irritated because Kenny had refused to follow the orders he was given.
Kenny is slammed on the ground and Carver starts beating him while he is down. Clem and Bonnie both tell Carver to stop, and he does just that. Carver then asks Clem to come with him. She refuses at first, but he claims that he understands, she is scared. Bonnie says it’s fine and he won’t do anything. Clem eventually gives in and Carver leads her to one of the areas on the roof of the place. This is where Carver has a conversation to Clem about what he did at the Ski Lodge, and what he has running at the holdout.
Clem attempts to understand but he tells Clem that she doesn’t have to. He then goes on about how he didn’t really want to kill Walter. Clem notices a lone walker a far distance away from the holdout in the parking lot. Carver says it’s not a threat, but one of the guards snipes it. Carver suddenly gets frustrated again and heads to see who shot. It turns out to be Becca. Shel was behind her, from the looks of it, she was teaching Becca how to use the rifle.
Carver begins to hell at them saying that walkers could of heard it. Shel goes on to explain how it was just a single walker and that there were no others in sight. Just then, a few walkers emerge from the woods and start walking towards the holdout. Then, more walkers started to appear. Carver orders Clem to head back to the room while he gathers a few weapons. Clem runs to the room and sees that everybody is already there waiting for her. She sees Kenny sitting in the corner with Sarita. Plenty of gunshots are heard from the outside, then they suddenly come to a halt. It was just a few walkers and it is mentioned that there is no need to worry.
Clem walks up to Kenny and he asks Sarita to go have a seat elsewhere. Clem sits with him and he begins to talk about Carver in a harsh negative way, and the things he’d do to him. He then stops himself before getting too brutal for Clem to hear. He then goes on about what Carver did back at the Ski Lodge, and he starts to question whether it was his fault Walter died or not.
It’s the middle of the night and Clem is awoken yet again, but this time by Carlos. He asks her to go to him. She heads over to him half asleep and he mentions he knows a way out due to him being keeping a good eye on things last time they were at the holdout. Everybody else is asleep, and Carlos shows clem a Ventilation Shaft a little too high for him to reach. He said it leads to the main area and that everybody should be asleep now so there would be no risk of her getting caught. He asks her to look for a specific item (I haven’t come up with the item yet, I just need a reason for her to go out and search around, maybe somebody else can come up with it). She mentions how she has done this before, the crawling through a vent thing.
After he pushes Clem through, Clem makes her way through the shaft until she sees light. At the end of the shaft, the lid seems to come off rather smoothly and she jumps out into the main area. You get to explore a few areas, examining objects, etc. Clem eventually stumbles across the item Carlos wanted. Clem also notices the Green Hilda. You have the option to pick it up or to leave it.
Regardless, Clem goes after the specific item next. After she gets it, she starts to head back until she notices a hole in one of the fences. A walker suddenly appears behind her and knocks the item out of her hand. Depending on if you grabbed the Green Hilda or not, Clem will kill the walker or the walker will be killed by someone else. Clem gets up and sees that the person is Wyatt. His outfit looks as though it has leather padding and a vest, sort of like military gear. He seems to be one of the guards.
Clem tells him to be quiet, but he then talks about how she isn’t supposed to be out at this time of night. You can have a small conversation with him before he notices the hole in the fence. He asks if Clem did that. He sees a small trail of blood leading from the hole to around the corner. He follows it and sees a bandit digging through some cardboard boxes. Wyatt alerts him and keeps him in check by aiming the rifle at him. The bandit tries to explain how he is starving, but Wyatt ends up shooting him.
Wyatt tells Clem that she needs to get out of the area. Clem asks why he didn’t shoot her. Wyatt says that he would of, but he recognized her when she entered the holdout the other day. If he hadn’t seen her, he would of assumed she was with the bandit who made the hole. People with flashlights start coming around the corners. Wyatt tells Clem to go and to let him deal with the situation.
Clem heads back, but is unable to reach the vent from this side. Clem can hear people getting mad at Wyatt for shooting a gun, she then starts to hear punching and what possibly sounds like Wyatt getting beaten. You now have to try to find another way around. You get another area to explore. At the end of this area, Clem enters a door and sees something through the fence. Hundreds of walkers heading towards the holdout. As Clem turns around to run, she accidentally runs into Carver who was standing there watching her as she watched the walkers. He asks where she was headed.
Just then, a small group of walkers start gathering at one of the fences and the whole fence starts tilting. Carver begins ordering people to take them out. This is Clem’s opportunity to get away from Carver, so she does. Carver turns around to see she isn’t there, and sees her barely make the corner. He gets pissed and starts to chase after her. Clem heads back to the warehouse, where she finds a large crate to hide behind.
Troy is seen through the window firing at a few walkers who have already made their way in the holdout. At this point, gunshots are heard throughout the entire holdout and people are either hiding, fleeing or fighting. Kenny and Carlos manage to knock down the door to their room just in time to see all the chaos. They starts running, and are quickly split up into multiple groups due the massive amount of walkers that have already made their way into the holdout.
Carver slowly starts walking around the warehouse searching for Clem. This part is interactive, where you could move from obstacle to obstacle to avoid being seen from Carver. Carver then pulls out his gun and yells out that he is serious. Walkers start entering the warehouse on Carver’s side and he turns to start shooting them. Clem then begins to run into the next room over. Before she succeeds, Carver spots her and attempts to shoot her. A walker approaches Clem. Kill it or avoid it. After the encounter you run into Bonnie and Rebecca.
You three head through a few rooms and end up in a dead end, which would be a large bathroom. Rebecca trips as she runs through the door and falls on her side. Bonnie makes sure the door stays shut. Rebecca says that her baby might be coming. Bonnie and Rebecca talk it out while you think of a way out. Explore the area until you’ve officially examined everything. Once you realize there is no way out, it’s also realized that Rebecca is about to give birth. QTE’s to help her get through the process.
After this sequence, Bonnie holds the baby, which is completely silent. Rebecca start to worry until you find out that it died, probably due to Rebecca tripping at the last second. Rebecca breaks down in tears and holds her baby while Bonnie tries to apologize, but then walkers end up breaking the door down. Bonnie starts unloading her ammunition on the oncoming walkers, but soon runs out. Just then, the walkers are killed from behind. Shel and Becca with their rifles appear after their bodies fall.
They begin to leave but Rebecca wants to stay. If Alvin died in the previous episode, there is no way of convincing her to leave with you, but if Alvin survived, you are able to convince her. After you all run out, there are plenty of bodies on the floor, most of them are walkers. You head through multiple areas until Carver comes out from around a corner and snatches Clem. Shel and Bonnie both try to convince him to let her go but he refuses, saying that she has disobeyed him. Then, Kenny and Sarita come from behind him. Before he could react, Kenny swings a hatchet at him.
Carver drops Clem so he could move out of the way quicker, but the hatchet ends up cutting his hand off. Kenny attempts to go for his head, but Sarita quickly stops him. As they are leaving, Carver is crawling in great pain, but used a great amount of his energy to stand up and attempt to shoot one of them, only to find out that he was out of Ammo. Kenny guided everybody out into the parking lot where there are still dozens of walkers to be seen and more to come behind them.
They see the rest of their group near the street, so they begin to head there. They have trouble navigating the crowd, and a few close calls occur, but they eventually make it and they run off into the woods. Depending on the events that has happened the past two episodes, your current group may consist of the following:
**1. Clem, Kenny, Carlos, Sarah, Shel, Becca, Bonnie, Sarita
Clem, Kenny, Carlos, Sarah, Shel, Becca, Bonnie, Sarita, Rebecca, Alvin
Clem, Kenny, Carlos, Sarah, Shel, Becca, Bonnie, Sarita, Nick
Clem, Kenny, Carlos, Sarah, Shel, Becca, Bonnie, Sarita, Nick, Rebecca, Alvin**
Everybody stops to regain their breath. Kenny starts to argue whether or not they should keep Bonnie or not, he still remembers what happened at the Ski Lodge. He then asks who Shel and Becca are. Introductions are quickly made and they move on. They soon discover a trailer park.
They stop for a few seconds to make sure the place is clear, then they move up.
HUB AREA 2 - Explore the trailer park, talk with everybody so far and examine all the objects. Only a few of the trailers are accessible, the rest are blocked or completely damaged.
After that’s done, Kenny will notice blood on Sarita’s sweater. He walks up to her, searches her then finds a bite on her neck. Kenny doesn’t know how to react at this point. Becca offers to shoot her but Shel tells her not to. Kenny starts asking Sarita questions, like when it happened and why she didn’t tell him. She apologizes, then hugs him and starts to cry saying she doesn’t want to die.
Hours pass and it’s getting light out. Sarita has her head tilted on Kenny. Kenny doesn’t hear her breathing anymore. She fell asleep on his shoulder then died in her sleep. Kenny quickly gets up and makes a big scene. Everybody comes rushing to him. Becca still wants to kill her before it’s too late. Suddenly an arrow shoots by everybody and hits her in the head. They all turn around to see a hooded woman with a crossbow for a weapon. Hilda is on her back.
Episode ends there
Comments
Massive zombie siege on Carver's stronghold during the big escape sequence. As in, enough rotting corpses to fill the Superbowl stadium.
We find out who Carver used to be before the apocalypse, and what exactly his "deal" is.
Kenny and Luke's rivalry over Clementine reaches a boiling point.
No walker bites for Sarita, please. Telltale's already spent that nickel on Pete, and they should also be careful about turning Sarita into "Katjaa 2.0."
Molly? No, thank you. Lilly would be far more worthy of a cliffhanger like that.
I don't like Molly all too much. I would hope telltale won't leave it on a cliffhanger of a character I never really cared for...
Why does everyone want molly to come back? Don't get me wrong I liked her character but that's one character I don't expect to see back and don't care if we do or not she's just not very memorable.
Lilly is more worthy of a Comeback if you ask me because she was a big part of S1 and has had a few mentions in S2 plus her coming back and fighting with Kenny again would be fun to see.
people get excited because of the green hilda on the wall, so they automatically assume molly is coming back :P
I actually prefer Lilly and want her to come back more, I only made Molly appear at the end because I wanted an explanation to the green Hilda in the holdout. Nobody would create an exact replica of that. I think that needs to be explained next episode, but I do want Lilly to come back more than I do want Molly to come back.
what you mean green hilda? I don't remember seeing that
It would be anti-dramatic if they use same cliff-hanger as Ep1
It's easy to miss but it's in the episode three trailer :P
hmm interesting coincidence maybe they stole it or they could be holding her prisoner. Still would prefer to see lilly over molly
Yeah. I mean it does seem kind of weird that telltale would throw that in there like that... it's not exactly the same one but almost looks like it. I don't think Molly will be coming back though, she has no reason to go all the way from Savannah to some mountain place in Virginia.
well I don't seeing her being apart of carvers group she was a lone wolf character. only reason she would be going there would be if she was going wellington
