Sorry if I wasn't clearer, I probably should have elaborated on that. I was alluding to Carver and Carlos' interactions at the lodge - Carlos spitting in Carver's face, Carver breaking Carlos' fingers, etc. - and how this hints at some bigger personal conflict between the two of them.
Most of the characters have mentioned their conflict with Carver revolves around Rebecca and possibly Carlos.
Actually we've only se… moreen that Rebecca seems to be the main reason Carver is after them so hard. We still don't know what the actual conflict was because everyone is being tight-lipped on the subject. We only just learned about Carlos' personal conflict this episode.
However, I agree there haven't been any real hints towards this theory.
I'd probably be confused... but i'd also be waiting for Carver to say "Luke, I am your father." I know Luke would already probably know that if they were father and son but I just kind of want to hear Carver say that... I have no clue why...

It's quite clear that Carver knows Luke well, as he asks where he is and assumes that he ran off. It means they've been around each other long enough for Carver to develop a low opinion of him.
If Luke was Carver's son, I think he'd be determined to get him back to the camp the same way he was with his unborn child, but it seems that he has more destain towards Luke rather than loving fatherly feelings. Also, when Carver said that he'd told the group not to follow Luke I got the impression that Luke was more of a rival for the commanding position rather than Carver's son.
