The Pattern of TWDG

edited April 2014 in The Walking Dead

I'm sure i'm not the only one but for me, as soon as the next episode comes out, I run to play that, I finish it in roughly an hour and a half, then I have nothing to do for the next 4-6 weeks. Then we get all excited for the next episode, it gets released and the same thing happens again. So... knowing that the walking dead game won't go one forever... what are we supposed to do when it ends? It sounds sad but TWDG is like 40% of my life...

EDIT

But on the bright side... TWAU might have a season two? Possibly?

  • Ugh, I know and you shouldn't be ashamed that TWDG is 40% of your life, I'm just as obsessed, trust me.

I certainly hope that is the case. Sure, ep 2 of TWAU was not as good as the first one, but there are signs which point to the fact the episode was rewritten. However, they seem to be back on track with ep 3. Also, the Fables comic will end in early 2015 leaving room for other opportunities.

  • At least I got the show to keep me occupi- Oh... Well, I read the comics as well so that's always good

  • I know basically what happened in the comics but never really read all through them like a loyal fan would, but I think I might start actually reading them if there won't be a season three for the walking dead game...

  • I guess we'll see what GoT and TFTB have to offer :v

  • I'm sure they'll be good, if not i'll be disappointed along with other telltale fans, i'm sure... no pressure telltale.

I know thats a stupid idea, but a fortitude community like this can make a TWD Fan Made Game.

  • A portion of the fanmade stuff is not amazing. I've seen some that are pretty good but I think people should just leave it to telltale to write...

  • DAMN! :( I hope it doesn't end!

  • Am I the only one on this forum with a social life?

    Obviously not -.-' .

Am I the only one on this forum with a social life?

  • I have a social life, thankyou but my mind is constantly thinking about the walking dead. When I said i'd have nothing to do I mostly meant as far as video games. I'm interested in most but none of them can replace the walking dead game for sure.

Yea, I see what you mean. Walking Dead is one of my favorite games but I play a lot of other games like Batman, Assassins Creed, Infamous etc

  • next 4-6 weeks

From which parallel world do you come?

  • Well, i'm putting a little bit of faith into telltale. One of the people at telltale posted a comment somewhere saying that the wait won't be as long as the wait between episodes one and two anymore... I doubt that it will work out though but you never know.

  • If not, Telltale won't be Telltale anymore :(

  • Just be happy your obsessed with something as badass as TWD. I'm obsessed, too.

  • Have you seen most of the fan material? TWD community shouldn't be allowed anywhere near something that can be branded as part of TWD franchise.
