Yes, and the silhouette on the right looks like Carley, i think they may be place holders.
Well, I Don't know why would Carly or Doug be on that screen ? Maybe something relating to the decision.
It could be a stranger. I'll try to extract the textures of the model and then we see.
The guy on the left does look a little bit like Doug but that's impossible, he may be a new character. The person on the right i'm certain isn't Carley, most likely a place holder, so it represents someone but nobody specific.

In the epilogue of season one (when clementine is alone), two silhouettes appear on the hill - hackers found out that they were models of Doug and a regular walker, so they're almost definately not afraid of using placeholders again.
Clearly Doug made friends with the walkers that pulled him out of the window.
You guys don't get it the reason the only face we can see is Eddies is because he is the only one whos is not placeholder.

Ahahah, Ok maybe it's placeholders, but eddie's and vinces seem to me to be there for a reason.
I think that they are all placeholders except for Eddie and the one to the left of Clem that looks like Vince with longer hair, or Kenny without his hat.
The placeholders(from left to right) are most likely:
Doug, Stranger(?), Gary(bandit), and Carley.
That's the most probable things that we know for now.
It can't be him...maybe his twin brother? Jk but it can be someone who looks like him...
It could be anyone, then again, the "Doug" guy could just be another placeholder
People are saying that he's a placeholder, and it's probable.

Unfortunately, all the silhouettes are probably placeholders (perhaps excluding Eddie). But I do think it would be interesting if they were to end up symbolically a part of this episode. Some also say the one on the far right looks like Carley, so maybe this is about us being amid the ruins of our past choices. Now that would be cool.

From left to right it's Doug, Vince, Bandit (from S1), Eddie and Carley
That would be the perfect way to portray Clem going insane if they were to ever do it
