Make up emotional moment: Warning! Extreme feels may strike!
Well, all be damned if this game hasn't made me cry more times than I can count.
One time I was at school and I had to go into the bathroom and cry because I thought about Clementine dying and her humming "Take us Back" while she's dying and seeing hallucinations of everyone she's ever met. Ok, I'm tearing up now!!!

Clementine shot Carver, saving the group, but not before Carver could stab her in a vital organ. Clementine is wandering through the snow, she collapses from being stabbed. She sees hallucinations of everyone she's known her parents, Lee, Carley, Doug, Kenny, Pete, Luke, etc. She starts to hum Take us Back as she sees the light for the last time. She picks up her gun. A smile on her face. Tears start pouring down her face as she pulls the trigger. The end. Ok, I'm already crying.

I'm crying as I'm writing this. I'm afraid something like this might happen.
After she pulls the trigger, you see everyone else that is still alive find her body. They bury her, each saying their final goodbyes. Her hat is layer on top of her grave. Kenny writes RIP on a rock, dropping a flower on it. A raven can be seen on top of her grave. The field is covered in snow as the raven flys away and rays of sun shine over the grave.
As the credits roll, we see pictures of characters before the outbreak. Kenny taking Duck fishing, Carley reporting, Doug playing a game, Lee's photo, Christa and Omid with their cat, Molly and her sister, Shel and Becca, Carlos, Sarah, everyone.
she delivers rebecass baby, runs out of the camp with the baby in her arms. she took off her first shirt to wrap the baby in because it is snowing. so now clem only has a long sleeve on. clem is walking away when she hears the screams of the cabin group, being killed. after a minute the screems stop. because everyone is dead. exept for clem and the baby. clem stops after walking for hours. in the middle of no wear surrounded by white. she sits down will the baby in her lap. she starts crying and starts saying im sorry, im sorry. clem turns around to see at lease 1 hundred zombies in the distinct. clem sees some of those zombies are the cambin group. clem then hears 2 people yelling at her, they are saying run! run! she then runs twords those 2 people, hand them the baby and tells them to leave. the do as told. clem stays behind to buy some time so the 2 people and the baby can get away.

I actually think something a little bit different than that will happen. Everyone in Clementine's group being killed or presumed dead because of a fight involving Carver's group and a lot of zombies, Clementine wandering alone through the snow, badly wounded, with absolutely nothing left driving her but the hope of Wellington being a safe haven. Zombies scattered around. She finally gets to Wellington and....it's a ghost town. No one is there, she's all alone. She begins having hallucinations of her past group members, especially Lee, which she confuses for reality. Zombies begin closing in on her and you have to make it out of Wellington alive, constantly avoiding zombies and getting to talk to past group members who are all dead to give you feel trips.
Clementine passes out after finding a safe haven and wakes up to who she thinks are Lee and her parents, but are actually which ever three group members you helped in the big fight(the rest at that point are dead). So, nowhere near as bad of an ending as yours, but more of emphasizing on the struggle of surviving in the zombie apocalypse. I'm personally hoping for at least a semi good ending.
Yes, I used the hallucination bit too. It's a very good idea, I hope they use it at some point. Also, what happens to Clementine between getting bit by the dog and being found by the cabin group could be foreshadowing something similar to my theory.
And the last picture with Clem and Lee together.

Carver tortures Clementine by shaving Kenny's beard infront of her eyes. Her innocents will be lost forever!

I imagine there being a moment during the 16-month span with Christa where she and Clem have to take turns standing watch over a fire and tending to it while the other one sleeps. Despite being absolutely exhausted, Christa volunteers to take the first shift.
Halfway through the night Christa just can't keep herself awake anymore and goes over to wake Clem so that she can get some rest. But as she approaches Clem, Christa hears Clem softly murmuring in her sleep: "No fair Lee....you said no...homework." Christa pauses for a moment then sits back down without waking Clem to let her dream for a little while longer.

Right. You're telling me you could identify a dog bite. With the tearing, and bleeding, and other unidentifiables? Sorry to say, but it's really not that easy... at all. The throwing her in a shed is due cause for alarm, but that doesn't speak of is physician skills in the slightest.
My made up Opening to season 2 episode 3:
Lee wakes up in the jewelry store where he died but unscathed with clean clothes on. In his parched voice he calls out "Clem...?! Clem...?".
Lee gets up and looks at the undead cop Clem took out. The player then takes control of Lee again and walks him out the back of the store with a fade to black into the next scene. The next scene is the open field seen at the end of season one. Lee see's a group of silhouettes in the distance and starts running toward them. While running as Lee if the player Coursers over the group they have the option to have Lee call out "Clementine!".
The Group stops and looks back as the player gets closer and closer. When Lee Catches up to the group he's out of breathe and 8 year old Clem run's up to hug him saying "Lee! Lee! Look!...", She points at everyone smiling. Lee looks up and see's within the group Clem's parents, Omid, Christa, Kenny and his family, Carly, Doug, Ben, Mark, Molly, the cabin group and all the other good characters that have died or have gone missing. Clementine then stares into Lee's eyes and see's the reflection of a tear rolling down her face. "Its over Lee! Its finally over! We can go back to how things were. All the walkers have turned back and everyone is alive. We can all go back live as a family."
Saddened Lee takes a knee to get on Clem's eye level and reaches out to hold her arms. Lee tips his head to the side and closes his eyes to gather strength and bearings for what what he's about to say. Opening his eyes and looking into Clem's, he says "I'm sorry sweet pea but it isn't over yet this is just a dream, everything that has happened can not be undone so that means there's no going back."
Clem in whimpers says "But... But everyone...", Clem looks back and they all have disappeared "...but where?".
"Their gone Clem and more around you will soon be gone but not everyone." Said Lee "Though they are gone they cared for you and the ones around you now are caring for you and from that sacrifice they bet all their hope in you. To respect their hope placed in you, you just have to stay as sweet and as true to your heart as you can sweet pea. It will be hard but if you lose the ones close to you now just keep finding other good people while hope from past friends still lives within you. In turn the other good people you meet, as you invest hope in them they will invest hope in you. You just keep fighting and I promise you by the end of all this you can grow your hair out as long as you want...". Clem suddenly giggled at Lee's last remark as she Drenched his shirt in warm tears. Lee continued talking while looking off into the distance at the dry grass of the field blowing in the wind, "There are hard choices coming Clementine and when you come across bad people or people that have lost their way you have too..."
Just then Bonnie woke up Clementine from her dream by shaking her telling her to "wake up!". As everyone packs up from a night's rest in the wilderness Clem see's that her and the Cabin group are still tied up. Carver looks Clem over and says "Its time to rise and shine sunshine we only have a couple of miles until I can introduce you to the rest of the family".

awesome! sadly this whole scene might take up half of episode 3 considering how short they've been lol.
Last scene - Clem slowly trudges to Wellington. Every single person from her group is dead, some after trying to save her just like Lee had. Her face is completely blank as she trudges through the snow. Insert a montage of Clementine passing other survivors who seem concerned for her, but she ignores them, simply continuing to walk. She doesn't want to get involved with people ever again, knowing 'what always happens' will simply happen again - and just like the last two times, she'll be the only one left, having to deal with all the painful memories all over again. Eventually, she arrives at the 'safe place'...but nobody is there. For reasons unknown, all the people that obviously once inhabited the place are nowhere to be found. But Clem doesn't seem to notice, she simply closes the gate behind her, locks it, and sits down at a table. She pulls out her photo of Lee, stares at it for a while as the camera begins to pan out...and slowly lets it flutter to the ground. Simply put, Clementine is now a hollow shell of who she once was. But she's alive.
