Do you think Rebecca's baby will survive?
In the next episode she may give birth, so what do you think will happen? I think the baby will not survive because one cannot fit in TWD universe, it'll be weird to see a baby in this type of game. Clementine may also reveal what may have happened to Christa's baby.

If the baby remains in a safe place like Carver's community, then yes.
In the wilderness... much less likely.
I think her baby will survive, but Alvin and Rebecca will not.
Well babies don't have a lot of luck in the walking dead universe so I don't think it will live I think it will be a miscarriage. wouldn't be surprised if Rebecca died in childbirth. would be interesting to see a baby in the game though. I don't think TTG has ever had a baby in one of their video games that I can think of. I still hold out hope for a zombie baby in one of the walking dead series.
I think it will, and it should hopefully be a big plot-point also meaning that shes effectively in lee's position while looking after clem
i dont know though, it would be a little weird i think
What if we have to choose between Rebecca or the baby? (Not that I think it would actually happen, but I'm just wondering)
Baby everytime :P
Now thats a tough one. Rebecca has more chance of survival and could save others, but the baby would have a chance at life but it would grow up in the zombie apocalypse which could lead to her dying anyway. Hmmm..
I'd say the Baby
agreed! I could never let a baby die.
I think saving Rebecca would also mean she would be devastated and blame us forever...
Since I am still not very fond of Rebecca it's an easy choise for me.
Anyway I'd like to see Clem trying to take care of the baby. Also, screaming Walker-bait is always good for some extra tension...
Judith FTW!!!! She had much better luck than her comic counterpart...... But, I think the baby will survive, Christa will take care of it, Alvin and Rebecca will die.
Me neither, even though I'm trying to bond with her.
Yeah, that would be really interesting actually
Taking care of a baby in the middle of a zombie apocalypse would be damn near impossible. If Clem did decide to take care of it, I can only imagine people thinking it is actually hers since the color of the baby's skin would probably be close to hers and people continue to think she looks older than she actually does.
or maybe her sibling?
I guess the same thing that happens to Christa's. I just hope not.
i feel the same way.
It might be a Rick and Lorie situation(From the show), where Rebecca (Like Lorie) will die birthing the child. Inthat case, it'll make it harder for the baby to survive, since you need the mothers milk to give it nutrition. They'd have to go out and find formula in the supermarkets and stuff, which is dangerous as well. Idk, this is just my own thoughts.
I think it will survive for at least a few episodes, maybe until the end of the season, being a unique, interesting, and terrifying plot device.
Its life will be determinant. There will be a lot of close calls, but... A baby isn't too hard to integrate into a story. With other characters, there are dialogue and plot pitfalls. But with a baby, there isn't any of that.
Well christas probably didnt so who knows what will happen to rebeccas.
Yeah, but Christa was - probably - alone with Clementine. Rebecca has the goup, or maybe even Carver.
Something is going to happen to the baby. I have a feeling that it won't survive.
I feel like the baby will survive for a little while but not for too long. I think Rebecca (and Alvin if he's still alive) will die protecting the baby but nonetheless the baby will most likely die
Rebecca would definitely want us to save her baby over her. Especially if Alvin is dead by then...
I feel like if the baby survives, and Clementine is alone and has to be the one to take care of it, it would provide a good opportunity for flashbacks to how Christa's baby died. For some reason, I can imagine a scene starting off with a scene from the 16 months Christa and Clem spent together. Christa feels the baby coming and both of them are panicking. And then it flashes to present time, with Rebecca about to give birth and Clem being the only one there.
I couldn't have said it better myself, that's exactly what i believe is going to happen!
" This is just my own thoughts. " You are not the only one thinking like this!
How is a 11 year old going to take care of a baby? And if Rebecca dies then how would the baby be fed, newborns only drink milk at such young age.
Well, without it's mother or another pregnant woman it will die anyway
What would they feed it with?
The name list in Episode 1 could indicate that the baby in fact survives and then we can choose a name from this list
Like, Rebecca gives you the list before she dies, and begs you to take a name of that list, and then you can choose
It would definitley be possible, cause Clem or others probably wouldn't interact with the baby too much, thus not saying it's name too often
Probably, it will be called baby most of the time
Maybe Carver has some milk in his community. No, but really, I still don't think Rebecca would want us to save her. Poor baby.
That's what I think too.
She'll probably have to find a new group. Or have a few adults with her who can go on runs to find food like they did on the tv show. I just like the idea of flashbacks to Christa and her when Rebecca is about to give birth.
If it does, I will not be taking responsibility for it.
You know newborns cannot eat food like you think, it's usually milk.
Kenny's Stache is all the baby needs. Short glances though, because if you stare to long, well...
Would your Clementine truly abandon an infant? If yours would, that's fine. But with what my Clem was taught, how she was taught, and who she was taught by, she would never leave a child with a death sentence. She would protect that ball of annoyance to the end.
I was referring to the tv show where they went scavenging for formula. But I have no clue about the area Clem and the group are in and whether there are many houses to look for. Poor baby. If it lives, it might/probably will not live for long.
If Clementine was alone with a baby, then it makes more sense to leave it behind than let it slow her down or become a walker alarm with its crying. Also Clementine is eleven, on her own the baby would still die anyway, and if she wasn't alone then adults should be taking care of it.
Hell, Carver can have it if he wants it, at least then it would be safe.
It doesn't matter if it put her life at risk, she knows what is right and wrong. Otherwise she would be "just like everybody else." (I think that's what Walter says?)
The baby would still die if it was just her by herself, but she runs the chance of finding another group with adults in it which could better care for the infant. Taking it with her is nearly a death sentence for the child, leaving it alone is a guaranteed death sentence for the child.
I would also leave it with Carver. It has a much better chance with him vs with her. I'm just saying if it was only her and the option came about to leave or take the child she would do the moral thing and take it with her.
Rebecca. A baby needs milk and the world is short on formula. Rebecca would have a far greater chance of survival than her child.
