I got a question. This goes back quite a bit, but it's something that's bothered me about Kenny for quite a long while. Let me just remind you of the situation. In episode 2, Kenny kills Larry. My Lee decided to try to save the guy. In the next episode, while going through the Everett pharmacy, Lee gets trapped under a door. Kenny checks behind himself, to see there are no walkers, then he watches. I actually let lee get killed there
Why do you think he did this? Up until that point, I had been nothing but nice to him. I helped his son twice, and sided with him in every argument except the one. It just doesn't make sense.
Not really, we've gone back and forth with more and less "aggro" reads on things, but until lines are implemented, I'm just offering what we… more call coverage, options that offer different directions that might fit the story one way or the other... There's certainly "crazier" reads than others, but I just get the words off the page. It's up to TTG to deliver the story.

Well, I can't ask them. And most great actors get into the character's head, which requires a great deal of analysis. Especially for things like this. And I gotta admit, as much as Ken bugs me, he has made me feel more than any other character. Not to be a kiss-ass, but Gavin did really well with Ken, and continues to make me want to like Ken, even though I never can.
Uh, you made Kenny kill Larry? While I'm just a voice actor, I've heard other players say that that's a big turning point for the PC's relationship with Kenny, so that's my best guess...

Kissing ass is appreciated! I should say that we VAs have to cover an emo range, especially on TWD with it's choice based dialogue outcomes. So, we often have to get into the characters head under multiple circumstances, depending... I keep where we've been in mind, but where we're going is generally info I'm not privy to...

Oh. Ok. Being a VA or something involving film or just entertainment in general definitely seems like something I would like to be. Especially if I could have such a beautiful character, and voice like you. Alright, ass-kissing done... And much creepier than I intended... In all seriousness, though, that's definitely something just generally cool. Mirroring what Domewing said, thanks for communicating with the fans. It definitely is something that should be done more, at least by Telltale, what, with their nonexistant communication.

He confirmed that it is him, i got a bit suspicious as some of the voice over artists use VO in their name and the amount of trolls this forum gets added to my suspicion.
You're- you're-- you're Gavin Hammon.... Kenny's VA....
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! You're awesome! You're amazing! You do a great job as Kenny! I'm a big fan, a REALLY big fan of you and Kenny!
I feel bad reiterating what everyone else is saying, but I agree. Playing Dead is unwatchable because of Greg. I can get about a minute in before I can't take anymore. It's a shame too, because I'm sure the cast and crew have a ton of really interesting things to say about the game. But Greg is too busy interrupting or leading them off on tangents that have nothing to do with the game.
And his interview etiquette is horrible. An interview is never about the host, it's about the interviewee and the subject matter. He needs to ask a question, listen to the response, NOT interrupt with his pointless comments about how much he dislikes characters or how Sarah looks like Ugly Betty, and then follow up with questions related to the interviewee's response. And stick to the subject matter. When he interviewed Scott Porter, he spent half the interview talking about other movies and things that Scott was in.
If Greg is such a huge TWD fan, he needs to catch up on his Talking Dead and watch how Chris Hardwick hosts. I know not everyone here watching Talking Dead or likes Chris Hardwick, but I personally think he's an awesome host. He has great chemistry with the majority of his guests (most of Greg's look annoyed with him), and gets some great conversations started with his questions. Plus he's funny and very rarely does his humor get annoying.
Hopefully if we complain enough, TTG will get rid of Greg and find someone else to host Playing Dead.
I actually didn't notice that Greg was talking more than he should, probably because I don't pay attention to a lot of IGN's interviews till the Playing Dead videos recently.
Don't be saying any pro Greg propaganda here XD we don't want to hear it, i'm kidding. You are entitled to your opinion and your also entitled to voice your opinion, although why you would not be infuriated by Greg Miller's antics is beyond me.
Every word that comes out of Greg's mouth is too much, if you're interviewing someone it stands to reason that you would give them plenty of time to talk yes? Greg just needs to talk a fraction of the amount he does and he also needs to no longer be Greg Miller :P

Now that you've mentioned it, the interviewer did seem to grab a lot of the spotlight throughout the video. It's like it's a Greg interview instead of a Gavin interview.

I don't want to come across as a cliche saying this because i know a lot of cool Americans but, imo Greg is a loud mouthed fat american. So i guess what i'm saying is I don't want to come across as a cliche for pointing out that someone else is a cliche XD. I don't hate Greg I just don't like him.

I'll just drop my own extremely late comment here, like Azlyn.
You're doing awesome, Gavin! You help bring one of my favorite characters in this game to life, and I can't wait to see what happens with him in the next few Episodes! Don't let the haters get you down.
Hey, just want ya to know that you shouldn't mind what she says, 'cause you have thousands of fans out there that love you, me included
… moreHey, i only just found out you had an account here, i'm just gonna leave this lil' comment that isn't going to be seen, anyway...

I think that is a question for the designers.

I guess... If I start spouting off about how ugly and fat I am compared to Scott Porter, run.
"Crazier" reads, huh? Sounds fun. BTW, why was Owen there anyway? Or is that a spoiler?
Probably similar circumstances, but I'll let IGN confirm that.
Alright. Thanks, man. Keep up the good work
Fuck. Greg. Miller.
Wait, hold up...
Aw, man. For a second it sounded like there was something implying Omid was back. Damn you, Domewing. You and getting my hopes up.
I'll just go and sulk now.
Cool. Well, thanks for taking some time to chat with us, man. You're awesome for doing that!

My pleasure, thank you!
I'm not sure if that's really him, i sent him a message on twitter and hopefully he reply's to confirm whether its really him or not.
Dude, of course it's him. Who would pretend to be Gavin Hammon and not have a Kenny avatar?
Oh. Ok. Being a VA or something involving film or just entertainment in general definitely seems like something I would like to be. You never forget your first random 12 year old hater.
Its still fairly early where i am an i'm still sleepy, i should wake up more before reading the forums :P
But the amount on trolls this forum attract at times is ridiculous so i wouldn't surprise me if one was impersonating you.
Fuck wall street.
You're*.
Duuuuudeee.... I never thought in my life I would meet a voice actor in one of my all-time favourite games. This gif speaks my feelings.
You're- you're-- you're Gavin Hammon.... Kenny's VA....

Gavin, I hope to see your voice in other cool games. You do an awesome work!
wait.. WHO IS Gavin Hammon??
Uh oh, I totally saw it. I'm jumping too! But first, thanks!
My driver's license says me! Thanks! And thanks Domewing, you rule, dude!
I can still easily watch it, but Greg needs to take down a couple notches.
