New Mini Story
I'm thinking on working on a story of a National Guard platoon during the first days of the outbreak, and them being ordered to do some pretty screwed up stuff. What do you men and women think?

That's a neat idea. I was actually thinking of incorporating something like this into a story, except it would've taken place during/after the battle in Macon and tie in between Ep.1 and 2 of the game. The gradual descent from protecting and evacuating civilians to killing anything that moves could be a truly harrowing tale. I have a pretty decent OC I'd be happy to let you use if you decide to go ahead with this.
I was thinking about that, and eventually the entire platoon gets cowardly and begins to kill civilians in order for themselves to get evacuated.

Nice! Desertion is something else to think about. I know if I was in the shoes of a person who was called into service and saw people eating each other, I would probably ditch the military right away and try to find my family.

I'm just curious, are you hoping on writing a book and getting it published? or is it just fun on the side, maybe publish it on a blog or fanfic site? (in the case of the former, obviously it can't resemble The Walking Dead too much or mention the series for copyright reasons.)
