Becca and Clem showdown?
Assuming that Becca is alive... I really want to see an awesome showdown between the two of them. I feel like Clem would obviously win but I just am trying to think of ways it would go down.
All I know is that at one point when Becca challenges Clem, Clem better respond with something like this:

I don't like the idea of Clementine getting into a cat fight... but I will make the exception if it's with Becca. Becca's about to get her ass whooped.
If that were to happen.... my reaction:
I don't want Clem to get into a random fistfight unless there's a damn good reason for it.
But if Becca throws the first punch, you can bet your ass that my Clem's throwing the last one.
Well knowing how Becca is... let's just say theoretically she throws the first punch. I obviously don't want Clementine to be randomly beating on people BUT if Becca were to beat on her or try to, then I really want Clementine to teach Becca a lesson never to fuck with Clem.
But maybe they'll throw us a curve ball and have Clem accidentally kill Becca if you do certain things during the fight. Maybe that's what causes Clem to eventually break down mentally.
Hopefully not. I want Clem to give her a little beating like the Kenny thing on the train in episode three. I just have a feeling Becca and Clem won't get along. If Clem kills her in a fight, i'd be terrified.
Terrified, shocked, and overcome with guilt for having made Clem do something like that. Seems right up Telltale's alley. Takes you from "Ha! That's what you get, bitch!" to "Oh God, what have I done? I'm so sorry."

Jesus Christ, stop acting like they will inevitably fight with each other, we dont even know what she's like after so much time.
Why would there be a showdown between them? i have a hard time finding any reasons.....
I'm not sure why everyone automatically assumes Clem and Becca will get in a fight. It has been a fair while between the end of 400 days and S2E3. Clem has changed a lot, Becca may have as well, for all we know Becca and Clem may become fast friends.
That is if Becca is actually in season 2.
But, it would be understandable if Becca were to try to kill Clem for whatever the reason may be.
I know that on my playthrough... I won't be nice to Becca unless her character has completely changed.
Well it's assumed that all of the 400 days people are at Carver's camp (which may turn out to be Tavia's camp too) and if so, I just don't think Becca has changed. Even if they do become friends, telltale won't let the friendship last more than an episode, due to Becca most likely dying, like the average friend of the pc whenever in the walking dead. I think if Becca is alive, she may be like a Larry 2.0 for Clementine.
They seem like they have opposite personalities and ideas. In my opinion, Becca is much like Lizzie. She even said that she wanted Clyde (I'm pretty sure that's who it was) to be a walker next because he'd make a good guard zombie.
Well maybe not, you can be friends with Kenny through the whole of season 1 and he is still rooting around :P. But I will agree, npc characters meeting the pc can be hazardous to their health. I just don't want Clem to get into needless conflict for no reason, I swear when that girl gets hurt so do I.
If something like this were to happen, it'd be up to the player to decide. Like say for instance, Becca insults Sarah (I'm guessing they're the same age) for her childish nature. Or maybe, just like Michelle, Becca finds out about Lee, starts questioning his parenting skills (maybe unnecessary jokes to make herself seem cool) and we start fighting.
Agreed. I almost think though, if they were to fight it'd just be a cut scene all together instead of a QTE. I would at least hope so... I really don't want there to be a way to lose to Becca without a gameover scene. That'd suck.
i dont really think she's much like lizzy, overprotected maybe, but not insane. and her exact words were "maybe if clyde dies next..." and she wouldn't have done that jumpscare thing to shel if she didnt think they were dangerous.
Let's just get something straight first - I really like Clem. Love her character, even. But Becca has interesting potentials as a character. She's like a Dark Clem who becomes embittered or detached from reality, losing that sense of compassion that Clem had retained (if you choose the more innocent options in Season 2, I mean). So I'd love to see Becca fight Clem as an equal, not just as someone who shows off how awesome Clem already is.
If anything, their contrasting personalities could really add a lot to each other's character development.

I like Becca as a character but as a person, I hate her. By that I mean, I appreciate there being an annoying and rude character that I love to hate.
I don't know if i have had enough experience with her to form an opinion, Becca may putt on a hurtful exterior as a self defence mechanism. Maybe once you get to know her she might be a decent person. I know this isn't a perfect comparison but look at Lilly, she is a bitch to just about everyone but if you side with her she shows Lee a side of her nobody else see's. I think if anybody can bring out the goodness in Becca it's Clem, after all
