Clementine arrives at Wellington and sees a person in the distant. It looks like a woman. Clementine runs over taps on her shoulder and it fades to black. Then you hear, "....Clementine?"
Clementine facing some sort of breakdown that makes her have a long conversation with herself impersonating other people she's met since the outbreak from both Season 1 and 2. Starting with the least important like, say Ben all the way up to Lee and Luke. Eventually, the voices of the past overwhelm her until she actually starts hearing their actual voices. It all ends with Lee telling her to push a bit further and Clementine finding Wellington, a very real safe haven.
they arrived at wellington and then some military personnel greet them,and invite them to come to their post,there they see a lot of survivor and clem meet christa,they're given blanket & hot chocolate,it's all happy & joyful end
