It's obvious who is gonna die.
They brought Kenny back, so that they could kill him again. Sorry to the Kenny lovers... But they saw how much you freaked out, and now they're gonna do it again. It might not be next episode... But it will be this season.

As much as I hate Kenny I think this is the dumbest theory of all I saw here, really -.-
"They brought Kenny back, so that they could kill him again" - um, where's logic here?
It would definitely piss a lot of people off.
My totally uneducated theory is that Kenny will kick the bucket at the end of episode 4.
It had to be said.
Kenny won't die, it's a scratch. He is not like the others. Jesus, all of ya'll are just making it worse. What's the goddamn deal? He's a little different now, but he won't just die! You have given up, on Kenny, on his godlike beard, on everything!
I think most of us were just trying to be realistic about the situation, about what Telltale would do.
I reckon there will be a choice where you have to decide who to save; Kenny or Luke. Now that will be a really difficult one!
I'll never get tired of this quote The Walking Mustache.. Instant like!
I think he's likely to die for real in the later episodes, if he dies at all. Frankly, I'm more scared for Sarah and, specially, Sarita. Nice people don't do well in Season 2.
I think he does die, probably very horrible way...
But that isn't the reason why he's back. I like Kenny but if i know anything about TTG and TWD misery porn they want to give us so yeah... shit is going to hit the fan, hard!
Kenny fans are in denial. Kenny has to die at some point, and this is coming from someone who doesn't hate Kenny.
Where did this quote come from?
Gavin Hammon joked around saying he hopes Kenny will be the main character in Season 3. I'm kinda rooting for him to have been hinting rather than joking lol.
Im so sick of these "Kenny is the God and mustache power and all that."
Ok, if you insist. They brought him back so that he could live forever? Kenny is the only other character who has achieved lee/clementine level.
You want logic? Only a few of the characters in season one are still alive. Kenny, Clem, maybe christa, maybe Lilly, Molly probably. Everyone else? Worm meat or worse. The walking dead franchise is totally built around introducing you to characters and eventually killing them. The game has been pretty brutal in that regard.
So if the season one was all about getting you to love a bunch of characters and then killing nearly every single one of them... Season two will likely follow suit, Clem is off limits, I don't see them killing her off, But everyone else is fair game. Kenny will be one of the last... But he will die.
Season 1, Episode 1 on discussing what they should do with the assumed bitten Duck.
Everyone dies eventually. You can't stop it....
He's in the episode 5 files.
Actually, it was Season One, Episode Three.
Actually, I think it would be completely unimaginative to just, once more, kill off the entire cast save for 2-3 people. If Telltale were to do that again, I'd be a little disappointed. I think that by the end of this Season, we'll probably have more people than we did last season.
Oh i remember now thank guys
Kenny might die this Season, sure, but they didn't bring him back for the SOLE PURPOSE of killing him. He's not some redshirt, no matter how you feel about him. Love him or hate him, he's one of the most important characters of the game.
It isn't the game, it's the franchise. It's how it works, sadly.
Although I agree, it is a pretty unintelligent comment. I really believe that every person will eventually die in the group. Maybe, much like Season 1, they'll b 2 or 3 people that survive but by the end of this season it is likely everyone will be dead.
It think there better choice lets start whit the people that can die early in the game there on bowwod time there at lest 2 people that fit that
Umm... Not really. There's almost never been a point in the other two series where all but one or two characters were killed, save for the Prison Massacre, but in both situations, the groups were only scattered for a little bit, and eventually reunited.
I mean, in the comics there are characters from the very first few arcs who are still alive. Rick, Carl, Andrea, Sophia, Maggie, and then since it was before the Alexandria arc, let's include Eugene and Rosita.
Even in the show, we've still got quite a few people from the first Season, Telltale has really been the only one to kill off almost the entire cast in one Season, and I think that they should keep at least a few people alive by the end of this Season.
if kenny dies then i will pull an auntie greenleaf quote
You're right. I was just referring to killing people in general. The group is constantly dying in this franchise, it's just they are being replaced as quickly as they are offed. Also there are still quite a few people alive from the first season of ttg twd, they are just more realistic about lost, disappearing, and missing characters.
EDIT: PS. You shouldn't begin your replies with "Umm, not really," and the like. If you have a point to make then make it, don't say something that has no import to the issue and simply makes you sound callous.
Yes, he will die. Just like everyone else will in the series.
Me too...and look at all of the downvotes you got. Kenny fans who enjoy the mustache jokes, obviously. They aren't afraid to attack when insulted.
Kenny's mustache wasn't that long tbh.
I would imagine Kenny not dying, but if everyone else does, then that would be a fate worse than death for Ol' Kenneth. It's not about people dying when it comes to TWD, it's quite the opposite. How does one live in a dead world?
Well, it was pretty long actually.
so they brought him back for what other reason? he isn't necessary to the story. he does provide some tension to the story... but only because he's a little mental now. the fact that he was presumed dead, and then alive, makes everyone (even some of us that didn't really care for him that much) love the guy. a familiar face in season 2 is awesome... but that doesn't make him untouchable. i would say he's more game than at any time in the last 3 episodes of season one. ripe for eating.
He is just a fictional guy. the only reason he is any different than any other "redshirt" is because he was in every episode of season 1. otherwise... he's a redshirt. had he been killed at the farm, he would be that redneckshirt that everyone forgot.
how does ONE (clem) live in a dead world. the walking dead is totally about dying. you can say its about survival to some extent... but because of Kirkman's decision to make everyone turn when they die. I would argue that it is about dying. I don't see Kirkman turning a corner and finishing the comic with a happy ending where the zombie virus is cured... or just stops. everyone in this series will eventually die, and turn, clem included. in that way the series is about how people cope with the inevitable.
Exactly. To quote the Dawn of the Dead remake "...now I realize there are some things worse than death, and one of them is sitting here waiting to die." The way it's put by most people, that everyone will eventually die and turn, isn't any different than real life. We'll all die eventually, even us, even Clem; but, let's hope it would be of old age. It'll toadally suck if she ended up getting cancer. Ain't nobody's immune to that!
Kenny is not gonna die,and neither is Luke. They're going through a lot of effort to make a Kenny / Luke rivalry in the game. They're both major characters in this season, and I think they'll last 'til the end.
That rivalry dynamic will become very relevant in the coming episodes, and will come to a breaking point in EP5, when we'll have to choose between Pizza and Ice Cream.
They even changed Luke's model so he wouldn't wear a cap for the sole reason that they didn't want both him and Kenny wearing caps.
could be but i highly doubt it as that is not very original and i would lose complete interest in this game. And i very much hope Luke dies a horrible death... sorry but i don't trust him for shit all.
And he shouldn't be used as a patsy for an emotional ploy either.
