Yeah, but I do think it was for the best because Carver knew that Clem was with the Cabin Group, although I told Kenny to shoot twice because I wanted to get back revenge for Carlos's broken fingers
R.I.P Alvin in my game, hopefully the injury in his shoulder isn't ignored by Telltale and actually has some significance for Alvins sake
I do agree with you on that. We can definitely trust Kenny more than Luke, but both have their faults. Luke on one hand, we don't know much … moreabout him and we don't know if we can trust him. Kenny on the other hand, is reckless, hotheaded, and unpredictable. Here's an example of this:
I went out to look for Kenny when Carver caught the group. Kenny asked Clem "do you think we can take 'em?" My Clem responded "Don't he'll kill them!" because my reasoning was that we should devise a plan instead of just start shooting. You know what he did? He ignored Clem and shot anyways. That's why he's reckless and hotheaded because he doesn't listen to reason which led to Walter's death and maybe Alvin's. His unpredictability comes in when he asks me what we should do AGAIN and I say "DON'T SHOOT!" You know what Kenny does? He listens. He's so unprectdiable sometimes. Kenny even dragged Clem into it by saying "We're coming out." Why did he have to say "we… [view original content]
Maybe some people just don't like him because there are many people that actually like him?
No, no, read that again, it makes some sense!
I mean, i like Luke. Hell, i can say i LOVE him. I don't love him as much as Clem or Nick or Lee, but i love him, alright? I do. He's chill and pretty normal and seems like a bro. I don't see why some people hate him. Maybe because he's included in so many ships, i really don't know.
Welp. I like him, so i guess i shouldn't really care what other people think. I respect their opinion.
I like Luke and I don't really see why people hate him and want him gone. I mean, beside that one time where he dropped Clementine due to the dog bite, there really isn't any reason of hating him.
Really? You would think that it would've been better for Kenny to tell Clem to find Luke so they can devise a plan to break them out or at least tell Clem to run away so she doesn't have to be a prisoner to Carver.

Whoa, sorry if I said anything to anger you, I'm looking for conversation not arguments
Maybe it's just me, but I really only trust characters that have some sort of real character flaw, and as I said before that I think trust is a major theme this season, other than Luke's jumpiness and suspiciousness, he seems to be some sort of TWD superhero.
Until we learn what the Cabin Group did to have to leave Carver's camp (other than it just being oppressive, Carlos said they had to) I'm not going to fully trust them.
I might trust Luke and the Cabin Group as a whole more if we've spent more time with them, which is why I didn't like the five day time skip. (I can understand the 16 month one though, It was needed for gameplay purposes and story progression)
Dragonleaf! No offense, but come on man! Clem was attacked within ten seconds: What makes you think they even had time to argue- no, even … moreTHINK about it? Luke made no regrets and no arguments.
That isn't on Luke. He tried his best to defend Clem. What else was he to do?
Luke had no idea how Walter would react. You saw how he was. He was on the verge of a complete breakdown. Luke's concerns were valid and understandable.
What difference does it make? He was smart NOT to get captured.
You have a point there, but if Carver and his gang of 3 people were able to track the Cabin Group for 5 days, I don't know how far Clem could've made it. (I have a feeling Carver doesn't care really about Luke, but he might want to try to manipulate Clementine into his protege or successor)

I think you're just too good a person to even be here. What are you doing here, on Earth? You should be in Heaven.
"Love and be loved."
You're just so cute.

I know you are. Never said you didn't. It was just so cute, PerttuLaulaa's reply, that i had to mention it. I'm sure Poked's still your friend, so i wouldn't worry if i were you
I still consider just about everyone I've had an "argument" on here a friend, I just wanna have conversation about the game without getting yelled at
Ohyoupokedme you're still my friend right
If Carver didn't care about Luke, (the one who led the group out of his camp in the first place) what makes you think he'll go after Clementine (who he knows little to nothing about)? He only wanted Rebecca and his baby. He's not going to risk their lives for a little girl that he barely even knows.

Like I've said before, to manipulate her. If you so choose, you can already express doubt about the Cabin Group when he shows up (The "Wait! Why shouldn't I trust them?!")
Carver seems like the kind of guy to manipulate his community into following him, although it does sound a lot like a Governor clone, I'm sure Telltale will make him more than that.
Not to mention, why wouldn't Carver shoot Kenny on the spot? My guess is he thinks he can turn him over to his side, but we all know how Kenny feels about dictatorships.

Sorry, but I get really defensive with Luke when people call him out on things he isn't even guilty for. Don't trust him, that's fine, but you have really no reason to wish death on him, because he hasn't wronged Clem or anyone, not once.

Okay, so i see this thread.
I'm not here to give my opinion or anything, you know.
Oh, no.
I'M HERE TO FUCK YOUR SHIT UP, DUDE
… more
How dare you not like Luke.
How.
Dare.
You.
To be honest, i love Nick more than Luke, but, hey. AT LEAST I DON'T WANT LUKE TO FUCKING DIE. BECAUSE I WANT TO BELIEVE IN THIS ONE DREAM OF MINE THAT I WILL NOT SHARE WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE MEAN TO LUKE.
Seriously though, Please disregard my hate comments on Kenny, Kenny is an amazing character, He lost his family, his wife, and his son Duck.… moreI'd would have done the same as Katjaa did if that happened to me. But seriously, Is Kenny the ONLY reason you play TWD?
Sorry, but I get really defensive with Luke when people call him out on things he isn't even guilty for. Don't trust him, that's fine, but you have really no reason to wish death on him, because he hasn't wronged Clem or anyone, not once.
It would be worth it though. We get to kill the annoying Luke and give Kenny more character development. With Luke dead, Kenny can be the deuteragonist for season 2 and the protagonist for season 3. There is no TWD without Kenny.
I'll be honest. With the way things are going, I prefer Luke being on my team more than Kenny. Me: "Oh, yeah! Ken's back? [HUG KENNY]". sees E3 trailer "Oh really Kenny? Holding a grudge against an 11-year old?".
Yeah. I mean, what's not to like: He saved Clem's life, took an interest in her past, trusts her as a part of the group and treats her as an individual (NOT a little girl)...
I don't see why I can't like him. I think the only reason Kenny fans don't like him is because he is competition to the stache.
Well, i want Nick, Luke and Clem to be like siblings. But i don't want them to be her guardians, like Lee was, because nobody can replace Lee. No, i just want those 3 to be bros. I mean, they already kinda are, Nick and Luke, but they could use a lil' sis' like Clementine. D'you remember how Lee and Clem were a sorta separate family in season 1? Well, that's how i want them to be, a family.

THAT'S MY DREAM.
I WANT TO BELIEVE.
No, because Luke and Nick are just adorable together, and they sustain each other like true brothers. And i simply cannot rid the world of Luke, because, as i said, i LOVE him, too, only not as much as Nick. I need all three of them to fulfill my dream.

Downvotes express disagreement, you know. At least, that's how i take it. Most people must disagree with him.

I'm still your friend. I respect your opinion: I may not like it, but I respect it.
Now give me a cute, adorable furry hug!
What's this dream of yours?
For me YES
Cyberhugging makes everything better.
fuck luke he is an asshole he tried to kill clementine
Doesn't count.
Well then that's really dumb. For me, anyways.
Ha. Haha. Lmao. You're funny.
I'll be honest. With the way things are going, I prefer Luke being on my team more than Kenny. Me: "Oh, yeah! Ken's back? [HUG KENNY]". sees E3 trailer "Oh really Kenny? Holding a grudge against an 11-year old?".

How? He saved her life.
Especially furry hugs. I mean, look at that thing! Who wouldn't hug that!
I have a question. Do you like Luke?
Yeah. I mean, what's not to like: He saved Clem's life, took an interest in her past, trusts her as a part of the group and treats her as an individual (NOT a little girl)...

I see you like Nick more than Luke so can't your dream just be Nick and Clementine be bros and Luke can just die?
No, because Luke and Nick are just adorable together, and they sustain each other like true brothers. And i simply cannot rid the world of Luke, because, as i said, i LOVE him, too, only not as much as Nick. I need all three of them to fulfill my dream.
Wait...you aren't shipping NUKE, are you?!?! Lol jk, I know what you mean!
When I hear of Nuke, this is what first comes to mind.
I know, right.
