I wouldn't be too bothered by Cluke when Clem's an adult, since age gaps don't matter too much when you're both growns up [between my own pa… morerents, there's at least over a ten year age gap] but even then, I just can't see it.
For what it is in the game, I'd rather Clementine and Luke remained brother and sister to each other even into adulthood, because I love the platonic/sibling thing that's going on with them and I don't want anything to ruin that. If Lee can step in to be a father for Clem, then Luke can step in to be a big bro for her too.
As for a romance/love story between a child and a grown man? I'll spell it out for you in three words: No thank you >_<
