It's good art but i don't think the mini skirt and stocking suit her that well as she seems a bit too young for them, maybe if she wore leggings under the skirt like in season 1 or jeans like in season 2 it would look more suitable for her age.
She looks fine to me, plus her Jeans and outfits from the games have been done enough already. It's nice to see a different outfit for a change. Nice drawing Gabe.

Well fuck, I usually take about 30-60 minutes on my drawings and... Let's just say they get completely obliterated by your drawings. You use photoshop? I've always used paint, I just use photoshop for editing existing photos

Yeah jeans are overused, i just don't think stockings suit a child character as women normally wear them with sexy outfits.

it takes about 30 mins. to 2 hours to draw it, then It takes about 4 hrs to digitalize it (Coloring it and etc,.)

Nope, I use a program called 'Paint Tool Sai'. After I draw, I open the image in Paint.Net (it's a program too) and edit it there.
