I've checked the files of previous episodes in the series.
No episode of Season 1, including 400 Days, went over 1 GB. This is including episode 4, which was the longest in the series to date and took me personally 3 hours to finish. S2E1 was roughly 1GB, but included the menus and other systems to get the game running, meaning you can assume it's under a gig. S2E2 was about 700 MB.
For Wolf Among Us, E1 was just over 1GB, E2 was somewhere around the 600 MB range (if I recall correctly, may be wrong), and E3 was 1.16GB or something along those lines. E1 was 2 hours long, E2 and E3 both being 90 minutes. However, E3 had an entire location blocked off based on your choices, meaning one could assume Telltale created roughly 2 hours of content for E3 just as there was for E1, only it was locked off due to story branching.
If S2E3 is really 1.6GB, that would make it the biggest episode of any Telltale series since the release of TWDS1. Keeping in mind that S1E4 was 3 hours long and still under 1GB, this tells me that there will be a lot of story branching in this episode. What this ultimately tells me is that choices from past episodes - hopefully choices from 400 Days and the determents from A House Divided - will cause some major branching here. Now let's hope that with this major branching, we can get a solid 2 1/2 hour episode out of this. That would be amazing.

This week is the best not only did I enjoy reading my fav mangas, and release my comic, but also I found a RED dvd and TWD All Out War Part One which I'm going to get TODAY! This will be my first purchase of TWD Comic as I live in a crappy town, really interested in seeing what it's like.
I think the "14 hours ago" update was steam moving files around as they all had the same change number and updated at around the same time along with a bunch of other apps http://steamdb.info/changelist/469290/ the one to watch is the press preview, if that updates it could mean that the review copy is ready which means we are closer to a release.
