The got beat down trophy- Is when you get to the scene where Carver beats Kenny down with his gun. After that Carver has Troy take Clem and Kenny to a place which is shown in the trailer. Kenny says something like I'm not going down without a fight. That's when Clem tries to sneak out as shown in the trailer, so Kenny doesn't get killed by Carver.
The nothing in nottingham- Is the scene where it's Kenny Vs. Carver Vs. Luke
The witnessed a murder- is probably Carlos being killed by Carver. It's predicted Carlos will die. In episode 2 Luke says he's sure Carlos won't do anything stupid, but in this episode he will which makes him die. Sarah will be traumatized and try to get revenge. Sarah will shoot Troy, and become strong like Clem said to Carlos in episode 1.
