In my time zone it normally appears at 6:30 which is in 40 mins so it shouldn't be too long now.
10:30am PDT is 1:30pm EDT. So where I live, we still have over a half hour.

That Erin looks different, her Twitter picture showed her and then in an IGN photo she looked different, like sooooooo much different, I would say every detail but it could cause slight offence.
it gets uploaded at 12:00 were i am. but its 1:18 right now.
We live in the same time zone, then. East coast :P
