America bases its system off of Christianity, Israel off of Judaism, Pakistan off of Islam, but my question is, why? I'm an atheist but unlike most atheists, I am very tolerant of religions and find it interesting to research them. But basing an entire government off a religion is excluding those in our countries that don't believe in that religion or have no religion at all, it just doesn't make sense to me. Whenever I go to school, I am forced to pledge my allegiance to a god that I don't believe in, this is not fair, and it will cause friction within their own government, along with other governments throughout the world. Sorry, I'm babbling. I just took a religion and governments class, so I've been trying to find a vent.
Let me tell you this, both our countries present each other as horrible people. But the truth is, we're all just normal people like you, and… more not the monsters your government makes us look like. My point is that we both represent the good side of our countries, the side that does get along.
