What really gets on my nerves though are the apologists. For example, 'could be a glitch' or 'it's Microsoft'. Or the best one, 'don't rush them they are really busy'.
Tomorrow we will probably get the inevitable 'soon' or 'super soon' and of course the 'just round the corner'. When in reality we will more than likely still be waiting when June comes around.
