Pack Walking Dead game disabled on Iphone 4s

Hi,
I bought the pack walking dead on 21/11/2013 (Command: MH332Q31K7), I'm updating iphone except that when I want to replay the game, pack that is purchased doesn't exists and must repay to access episodes 2-5. Would it be possible to update my order or refund me?
