Eyes in ep3 achievements

edited April 2014 in The Walking Dead

So, in the achievements for episode 3 there seems to be something about eyes in the achievements.
One of them, Not in Nottingham, has an eye looking at a person that's carrying an icepick(?) and that seems to be ready to attack. Its description says "got beaten down". The last achievement of the episode, Eye of the Storm, shows Sarah's glasses, one of the lenses cracked and the other, broken.
Is it possible that one of Sarah's eyes be... "removed"? Or something like that?
It certainly would explain the reactions that Telltale's employees who played the episode, considering how violent that sounds but I dunno if TTG has enough the guts to do something THAT gruesome.
Maybe Clem and Sarah will be caught doing something stealing something, as another achievement mentions committing larceny, AND the name of that achievement is "Always the quiet ones". Remember Carver's description of Sarah? "Quiet girl"! Maybe they will both be beaten down for it, but Sarah will have it worse.

  • I think the eye in Not in Nottingham only represents the eye of the person getting beaten down.

  • Eye of the storm is defenetly about what Carver said during the ep3 teaser a Storm is on the way and I think teaching Sarah how to shoot a gun is going to be a major thing in the episode.Sarah might save someone life, and if she doesn't know she shoots her dad than bammm she lost it.
But hey it's just a theory a game theory :P

  • Im screwd then...

You didn't teach her how to use a gun?

  • Some either didn't trust her with a gun (there's an understandable reason) or weren't given the option to because Sarah didn't consider them friends (the pinky promise thing).

  • I can see it now, Sarah will shoot her eye out.

  • Personally I think it has more to do with Sarah's mental state. She wears red coloured glasses, you know like looking through rose tinted glass? You know how Carlos shelters her and the version of the world she sees is positive and untrue? We'll maybe the broken glasses are more to do with this illusion of hers being broken, rather than her actual eyes.

  • Could be that too. I like that theory.

I like your theory too, I find it reasonable.

  • I had the option but didn't do it. one because I didn't trust her. two because I didn't want to do it behind her dads back. but I think it will screw me up later.

Carver makes a point that everyone must pull their weight in his community, on the teaser.

Does Sarah look like she can pull her own weight? I think she's gonna be troublesome for Carver.
He's gonna try forcing her to pull her own weight, and she'll "cease to function" due to all the pressure.

She'll be a young adult soon, and yet she acts younger than Clem. I feel she'll have a hard time there.
