(What I think will happen in the) Opening of 'In Harm's Way'
Obviously, I haven't hacked the game and found what's going to happen in episode 3, this is just a fanfic, I guess. I'm going to be using stuff I know/think might happen in the episode. Also, I'm writing on the assumption that Alvin and Nick are alive.
(We slowly descend down through some pine trees to see Carver and his hostages walking on a forest path. A cliff is on their right. Sarah is walking right alongside Carlos. Behind them is Nick. Then there's Alvin and Rebecca. Kenny and Sarita are walking side by side but Clementine is in between them. Covering the back of the group are Bonnie and Troy. Clementine slows down a bit to be in between next to Troy.)
Clementine: How much further until we reach the camp?
(Troy glances at her and shrugs, then looks foward again.)
Bonnie: Just a little bit more and we'll reach a van. We drive from there.
(Clementine nods and then catches back up with Sarita and Kenny)
Kenny: Clementine, who the fuck are these guys anyway?
Clementine: They were after us, but I don't know why.
(Kenny nods, looks away and groans. Everyone suddenly stops. Carver takes out his revolver and walks into the bushes to the left. Bonnie takes Carver's place at the front of the group and she and Troy keep them in check. Some shouting is heard, and later Carver comes slowly out of the bush, with his revolver to a man's head. He's weakly struggling and has a large bleeding cut above his ear.)
Carver: Son of a bitch tried to jump us.
Man: I don't know what you-
(Carver strangles the man with his arm but then loosens his grip. The man gasps for air.)
Man: -want...from me.
Carver: Who's with you?
Man: I... what do you mean?!
(Carver throws the man over to the cliff edge and points his revolver at his head)
Carver: Who's with you?
Man: Let me-
(Carver shoots the man in the forehead. His head snaps back and he falls over the edge.)
Carver: Fucker...
(Carver motions to Bonnie to get back to her position. She nods and walks back. Carver turns to the group.)
Carver: The van's up here, let's move it!
NOTE
This is all I'm writing so far. I'm tired and I need to edit + add more to a lot of this, but hopefully you're interested enough to stick around for updates. I'm a pretty sucky writer, but I still wanna try. Thanks for reading everything so far.

They will be walking on the road going to carvers camp.
One of the achievements for In Harm's Way shows a van. The description is 'Arrived at your new home', so that's how I'm guessing you arrive at the camp, rather than walking in.
I think they might skip the 'walking down the path' part and start straight in the van. I have a feeling the part where they were on foot wasn't necessarily going to be in Episode 3, but it was there to fill in the gap between 2 & 3.

Luke...wasn't...captured? And Nick was the 2nd in line from the front

That would be pretty cool, good job. Though I don't think Carver would just shoot the guy, he'd probably capture him.
Oh yeah, I'll go ahead and remove Luke.
I think they may even get Luke along the way too, to be honest!
