In the achievements list it says witnessed a murder. Could this murder be Kenny?! In the trailer Carver and him are fighting and if you look closely at Clem's face there is a flash of light as she looks on in horror. Telltale did say that this episode would be a dark one. Let's just hope Kenny at least survives more than half an episode.

I think it'll be Kenny following through with what he said about 'fighting back'. If anything I think we'll see him brutally murder a guard, which will cast doubt on his mental stability and how trustworthy he is.
No, the guy in the achievement does not look anything like Kenny.
But I have the feeling that Kenny is going to lose his eye in this episode. In the silhouette it looks like it's Carver holding his gun, like in the trailer
i think we might get to see kenny's true power level after 2 years (kenny's gonna lay that beatdown on carver)
They can't put a picture of Kenny in the achievement, it would be too obvious, Telltale wouldn't be that stupid of spoiling the episode like that. I think it might be a placeholder or maybe even the killer.

There could be an outcome for Kenny to die in Episode 3, or he can be saved.

I don't think Kenny will die just yet. Maybe injured, but he won't die.

So he can killed somebody, but no Kenny. Kenny vs Carver fight was almost the end of the teaser of episode 3.
But the achievements are from the protagonist's point of view, which is Clem. So this achievement has nothing to do with Kenny getting hurt.
Unless they both get "beat down"...
Except for Rick. Despite what Kirkman says, Rick isn't dying anytime soon, and it will probably just be of old age or something due to what course it looks like the comics(and therefore the TV Show) are going to take.
Nah, I don't think it will be Kenny. At the moment, I've got no clue as to who it could be, but I think it;s highly unlikely that it will be Kenny.
Personally, I'd rather Kenny just die 100% than be a determinant character.

i think the eye thing represents Clem's eye as she see someone who's going to attack her with a crowbar or something, maybe she got caught by someone and got beaten up?
What if that ''Got Beaten Down'' achivement is determinant like the ones that 400 Days has . I didn't win the ''Rock, Paper, Scissors'' in the game so I have one achivement left. And I think if you don't hide in Russel's story, you don't get the ''Reunion'' achivement right?
Although I agree in a way, I believe it will be Clem who gets beaten down... even though I really don't want Clem to go through the horrors of being beaten, it really sucks.
