I honestly can't pick one. They're all awesome!
I love that Telltale gives a chance to lesser known VA's , giving them big parts on their games, instead of just hiring famous names from everywhere like most other companies.
And it works! Look at how much life these guys gave to the game. I hope the VA's continue to grow in their area, and that Telltale doesn't let success get to their head and change their ways.

As much as I hate Ken, Gavin portrays him very well, and makes me want to sympathize quite often, while never making me actually sympathize. That takes some motherfucking talent.
How could you leave out Melissa?!?! She won best human female voice of the year as Clem!

Gavin, because he's on these forums and I know he'll see this.
Kidding, Gavin really is one of my favorites because he manages to express emotion in his performance. When Kenny lost Kat and Duck in Season 1, you didn't just see the tears, you could hear them in his voice, as strange as that may sound. And that's just one example.
Other than Gavin, it would be Dave Fennoy. His epic voice and awesome talent really made me feel for Lee, who's now up there in my list of favorite protagonists. Especially in scenes where Clem is threatened, you really feel like he's a man trying his best to take care of a little girl in a world gone to hell.
I like Scott Porter (Luke), very good voice acting :P The funny moments he has with Clem is just adorable

Mellisa Hutchison. Her range of voices that she can do is amazing, takes an enormous amount of talent. Not saying the other voice actors are bad or not as good as her, but she is very unique.
Dave Fennoy's Lee voice is orgasmic.
