Clementine is not getting beat up

By this i mean shes not the person in the screenshot, the walkie talkie is bent and with the amount of blood on Carver Clementine would not be able to endure that in my opinion.

    I see a Kennymullet in that screen. I think Kenny is going to get his arse handed to him, maybe after Clem gets hit.

    I agree though. There's no way all of that blood is Clem's.

    The achievement says Clementine will get beat down. It says 'get beat down'. It doesn't say 'watch someone get beat down' or 'have a member of your group beat down'. Achievements have never blatantly lied before, Clementine will receive a beat down at some point in the episode. That doesn't necessarily mean she's the only one who will get a beat down, though.

    I'm not saying I want Clementine to get beat up but it seems like it's bound to happen at some point. It would be really different being a character that can't really defend themselves easily all of the time but i'd still feel bad for her, and of course we know if she gets beat up she'll probably get back at that person one way or another ;)

    I think the opposite, that Clementine will jump to Carver's aid. I don't think Clementine would do anything to cross Carver without a good reason to, and watching Kenny get murdered would probably be a good enough reason.

    ok this is what i think... carver beats up kenny. explaining all the blood on him. then clem trys to stop it and he ends up hitting her maby once or twice. then he stops and grabs clem and sarah and throws them out of the compound and into the "storm" of walkers, leaving them to get torn apart. but clem is so bad ass she escapes with Sarah and gets passed the walkers.

    All I know is that knowing Telltale, that scene will be sick and leave me blubbering like a baby.

    *cough* denial *cough* look at the screenshot, u can cleary see the collar of her new jacket and the top of her hat and carver is grabbing her by the hair. plus, dem chieves say "committed larceny" and show walkie talkie not "witnessed larceny" just like "got beaten down" not "witnessed a beatdown". as much as i dont want it to happen, its gonna happen.

    After thinking about it, it may not be Clem due to replay ability. I can't imagine Telltale wanting us to go back and do another play through and end up watching Clementine to be beaten to near death again.

    There is also an achievement for "Witnessed a Murder." I think the screenshot is the murder in question, not the beat down, though it doesn't mean Clem WON'T get beat down.

    That's the "witness a murder" achievement in the Carver pic.

    It doesn't mean she won't get beat up in another scene.
