Cabin group might not be the first to leave carvor group

What if other characters left with the cabin group and once they left Carvor group they knew Carvor would track them down so they split into 2 groups as they know Carvor can not follow both groups.

OR Luke know's a group just as big as Carver's group both groups might be rivals or want revenge against Carver's group

    nah i don't think so because carver was looking for those specific people and didn't mention anyone else so he knew they were the only ones to escape

    It's possible, but I don't think they will touch on that in the story.

    BEFORE both groups split up they the other group leader could have told them where they were heading to and that's where luke could seek help
