In one of the screenshots you can see Clem with a lot of blood on herself and jacket. But, it isn't squirted blood. It seems that she smeared the blood on her. That's why a lot of walkers are walking away, but apparently only one took notice.

That hatchet that she has was the one that Ben had in Crawford. Then it appeared in Shel's story. Maybe Shel is in the camp?
