I don't see why people would think that in the first place,it wouldn't make sense,especially if you look closely at the picture of Molly's sister,they look nothing alike!
It may be Anna, but Shel is a possibility. Anybody with darker brown hair is plausible. If the two new characters leaked in the files (Annie and Laura I think) are still plausible, it could be one of them. Molly's sister is probably dead. She was diabetic, and lack of insulin would probably eventually take a drastic toll on her.
I remember seeing one of those turning dead vids, and the guy thought that Annie could possibly be a nickname for Anna. Makes sense. One of my best friends is named Annabelle, but we call her Anna or Annie.

Actually, it would be pretty cool if it was Anna, but then again could just be a new character. We just have to wait and see, this third episode just get's more and more interesting.
I don't know who the fuck that was, but I got a real bad feeling when I saw them staring down Clem's group. They better not be trouble or Clem's gonna have to get mean.
I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a new character. Remember when the Episode 2 trailer came out, and everybody thought Sarita was actually a returning character/one from 400 days just because we couldn't see her face?
They so do *not* look frickin' alike. Anna's hair is blonde, this woman's hair is brown. That's not a difference in light vs dark, that's a difference in color. It for sure is not Anna.
If that's not enough, compare their noses. Anna's got a bigger nose than the mystery lady.
