In the picture we see clementine smearing blood on her face.Why do you think she does that?In the background we can also see dark sillhouettes of dead people.Do you think she is being haunted by the people she lost,or is she going insane?(if a thread like this was already posted,I'm sorry)

    I think someone may have died, and she was comforting him/her before him/her died. And then when she wipes the tears from her eyes, some blood is left behind on her face.

    In the screenshots released for Episode 3, one of them is Clem in the middle of a horde completely covered in blood. She probably just gets coated in it fighting walkers. Or Carver's guards. Perhaps she got it on her hands and she tried to wipe it off on her face. But, to be honest, it looks like she's doing it for a reason.

    Clementine's gonna change.

    Her hat is gone too. One could see her hat as being symbolic of her past, hopeful, more innocent self, and that being missing combined with the blood makes me think she is definitely going to be a changed girl by episode 4.

    Maybe she kills somebody. By her own force and will. Blood on her hands and all that.

    I don't think she'll go insane. However, I do believe that some disturbing stuff is going to happen in episode 4. The slide itself is already disturbing enough.
