Will the big changes in the walking dead issue 127 effect the the video game universe also?

"Rest assured ALL OUT WAR is taking us to some very new, very different and exciting places. This will be a drastically different book starting with Issue 127, but that's all I'm going to say."-Kirkman

Do you think the coming changes in the comic will effect the video game since they're in the same universe? How big do you think the coming change will be?

Hopefully they extend the timeline so we can get more Walking Dead seasons from Telltale.
  • It will give Telltale a lot more stuff to work around with.
  • Plot Twist: The new woman on the covers is Clementine 15 years from now. I'm joking.

It won't change anything, they're 2 different stories. Trust me, Robert wants them to let them stay each on their own story at least for now.
  • That would be cool.

It depends what happens in 127. On the upside if we get a long timeskip it will mean Clementine's story will be able to get one.

Unless there's a timeskip, Telltale have liked to keep in sync with the comics of late in the timeline.

Yeah, but only a big one, like 3 or more years. And they'll only follow a timeskip after this season ends.

Something made me think Episode 5 might have one. Don't know why, just looks epilogue-y to me.

  • If the time lapse is big enough, it'll give Telltale more room for stories. Hence more seasons. :3
