In the trailer at the scene where Sarah is freaking out is Sarah watching her dad die? As we know Sarah and Clem are covered in walker blood to mask themselves from the walkers but what if Carlos sees them among the walkers and thinks he needs to go out and save them? Just imagine him going out in the open fighting his way through walkers and by the time he reaches them he is overcome and ripped apart by walkers in front of Sarah's face. Do you think Sarah is freaking out because she is watching her father die or why do you think Sarah is freaking out at that moment?

    Shes either watching him die, he is already dead and she has seen him as a walker or laying dead on the ground.

    That's probably what we're meant to think. And that's obviously a very real possibility but it could also be her having a breakdown being so close to all those Walkers.

    Either that or just all the walkers around her plus thinking she's gonna die could make her "cease to function".But i'm still leaning closer to your theory tho.

    I don't think so, I suppose that she will freak the hell out because of the situation, She's gonna realize how bad the world has become, and obviusly being surrounded by walkers is too much for her.
    I dont want Sarah to die... shes too young, and she reminds me of my sister )'=

    Well, if Telltale is trying to make us think it's Carlos dying, then it probably is.

    2 shadows at the end of season 1?

    It ended up being Kenny.

    She doesn't have a blank indifferent poker face. She's looking back and forth worried because Sarah's scream could draw walker attention. Its survival over emotion.

    For the episode 2 trailer there was a shot of Clem realizing her gun was empty with Carver's dialogue about how could she trust the cabin group if they didn't trust her. Many took the timing of the dialogue as foreshadowing of some kind of betrayal. This led to plenty of people speculating that someone in the group would deliberately screw Clem over by handing her an empty gun. As it turned out, she simply ran out of bullets.

    Like I said, both are possibilities.
