New girl not Anna Correa? Lips and eyes say otherwise

I keep hearing the new girl in the trailer looks like Anna from Crawford so I decided to put the pics side by side.
Here's a picture.

If you look at the facial Features Anna's lips are bigger/wider and closer to her chin. Clearly Anna's bottom lip is bigger than the bottom lip of the girl on the trailer. The female featured in the trailer Eye brow's are also closer to each other and thicker than Anna's. The female overall looks a lot younger than Anna. I could be wrong. Question is if not Anna than who could it be?


I do have a theory on who it really is though but its pretty random and a long shot:

These Facial features are closer to shel's yet smaller and more compact like a younger Shel.

Its been a while since we've seen 14-15 year old Becca (Dont know how old she was). Becca could be 15,16, or 17 by now nearing the final stages of puberty looking closer to her mom. Just look at how big Clem has grown in the time gap from season 1-2. Or it could just be Shel in general.

I could also be wrong about this and it could just be a new character all together with the creators using similar facial features to Shel's. Im just looking for something to talk about.

Do you guys really think the new girl looks like Anna?

    I don't think so. I honestly can't see the similarities at all. She looks too young to be Anna, and the hair color isn't quite the same. Anna's is duller and more on the blonde side. I don't think the lips are the same either -- the mystery girl's upper lip is a lot bigger than Anna's, and her lower lip is narrower. Mystery girl's ears are bigger too.

    I think it's Becca. She was 12/13 in 400 Days, she should be around 15 now. Or it could be somebody new. I think the latter is more likely.

    Doubt it's Becca. In the trailer, they didn't show the determinant characters that could have gone with Tavia.

    It could be Shel because we don't know what Shel is determinant for. Just because a character didn't go with Tavia in 400 days doesn't automatically mean that they can't make an appearance in Season 2 in some other context, or simply have a different backstory about how they ended up at Carver's community if they walked away from Tavia's offer.

    But it probably isn't. She looks younger than Shel and different enough that it would be a shock.

    It's not confirmed that the 400 days group don't end up at Carver's community regardless and as Lee4ever pointed out, she might be a determinant character. The trailers always show things from only one path.

    I didn't say she isn't gonna appear in the WHOLE FREAKIN SEASON, Sure she can make an appearance in season two but when they show trailers they aren't gonna show the determinant characters plus why would they show Shel and not Becca?

    What if it is Molly? She could've cut here hair. It does look like her facial features although the hair is a different colour.

    The short-haired girl isn't Shel or Anna. I'm quite positive her name could be Laura/Annie based on the files.

    We really dont know how the story will work out maybe something happens causing some 400 days character's to always go to Carver's Camp. For example If Shel/Becca don't go to Carver's Camp and stay out in the open then Becca(or vise versa) gets killed so the other seeks Carver's camp for shelter since staying outside didnt work so well. Or if they do go to Carver's Camp they both live until what goes down when Clem and crew get there.

    I'm gonna second the vote for Molly's sister. Her age seems to be in the late teens range, which would match, as well as the general face structure. I'm going to ignore the hair color, cause that usually is dependent on lighting/the fact that the "pic" of Molly's sister is drawn.

    My guess is it's either Shel or a more grown up Becca, one of them died and the other one lived, since from what little we do see of her, she looks pissed off at everything.

    I don't think it's Becca. Becca is a long shot. I think it could be Danielle (Jolene's daughter). Hear me out.

    That photo of Danielle, Jolene and her Father could have been taken years before the outbreak. But let's just put that aside. In the photo she looks around 14, 15 at the most. Jolene mentions that the save-lot bandit's are "RAPIST MONSTERS!" and she kept saying how they took a little girl, that girl being her daughter. Let's put the pieces to the puzzle together. She got raped. Now, it's been 2-3 years since day 1 of the outbreak. She could be around the age of 16-18. Possibly more. Now, considering she got raped, she could have been traumatized from it. that's why she cut all her hair off, and has kind of gotten hard, and emotionless. Just putting this theory out there.
