Sarah Screaming?

In the trailer, you can see Sarah with blood on her face as she's screaming. Anyone have any ideas of what might have happened? Looks to me like she....Seized to function...*shivers*

    I bet she just got scared being around Walkers, and being covered in blood. She couldn't take it and lost it.

    I guess she saw her dad get offed or reanimated in front of her. (Clem S1E5ish).

    I have a feeling she sees her dad getting devoured by walkers ... :/// I REALLY hope I'm wrong though because that would be awful but we know Telltale's not kind to anyone (it seems) in the walking dead

    She maybe freak out, in the Episode2 she CAN'T even take it when she saw Carver at the door,Now being aroung zombies are a lot harder than that so yeah,she freak the hell out. or maybe she saw something? just wait and see I guess.

    I have a hunch that Carlos is going to get thrown off the roof, and he'd make a splatter on the pavement below. It won't be until later that he'd show up reanimated with the horde, and freak Sarah's mind completely.

    That's just my hunch though. It could be a determinant character; Alvin if he's alive, maybe?

    [Episode 4 spoilers]

    The first achievement says "get separated from the group" or something that means we probably wouldn't have a chance to see him die if he does in this episode
