How did Clem not see Troy?

When Clem got hit by Troy, how did she not see him to her right as she was running!? He was right there in clear sight!!

    Maybe Kenny who gets hit by Carver

    She probably thought he wasn't gonna do anything like that. Took it to the extreme in a split second...

    Probably she did see him, but was too worried about whatever was happening and just didn't care he was there and didn't think he was going to FUCKING HIT HER LIKE THAT. He may have seem distracted in her eyes too, so it would look like she could just run and he wouldn't notice until it was too late.

    I think Carver is beating/killing Regi, Clem runs to help, gets hit by Troy, passes out.
