Walkie-talkie?

Can somebody tell and explain to me how many walkie-talkie in the S1 it is really elusory 1-Clem had one 2-Glenn 3-Clem parents 4- the stranger,I though walkie-talkie contact by useing only two of them-I not English :)

    Clem's parents never really had one, she just used them to have imaginary conversations with them, which comforted her.

    Then how did the stranger had one could it be Glenn walkie?and remember the stranger started talking to Clem since Glenn left (in the motel) people keep talking about Glenn if he would come back but I think he met his destiny

    Walkie talkies have different frequencies so he probly just found one and flipped though the channels til he found clem. And Glenn won't come back cause he went with rick in the comics then got his head bashed in by negan.
