I play video games on my freetime, I also learned how to make video games. I wanna make a Walking Dead game. I don't want it to be the same story (season one-two). I want it to be a completely new, fresh storyline. The game will be divided into 5 episodes, and have choices as-well. I need help with ideas such as, episode names/storylines, and major decisions. You can submit ideas to me, I just ask you keep the following characters alive: Lee, Clementine, Kenny, Lilly, Carley and Mark. I also plan on making multiple seasons. I will post a link to the game when I finish it. Thank you <3 :)

    Telltale has a way of making you fall in love with the characters. I think sticking with Lee and Clementine is best.

    Thanks for your efforts, that sounds like a excellent idea!

    I'm curious, what kind of game will this be? Like an old RPG style kind of game, with pictures? I can't imagine you can create one big game all by yourself, that's gotta be alot of work to do, just for one person.

    I suppose. Although you could make it fit in with the story we already have. Like you could set the 5 episodes in the 3 months between season 1 episode 1 and 2 like Lee, Kenny and Lilly going to the army base and finding Mark.

    Hey ayoojayturtle, I was actually writing a story just like this, it happens at savannah after the main group went to Crawford, it features Lilly from season 1 and has tough decisions.

    Actually no, should you create your own characters and should they turn out bad that would be all. That would be the end of it.Should you make a bad Lee and Clementine all you'll have are pissed of fans claiming you ruined two of their favourite video game characters. Be very careful when picking direction here. Us gamers tend to be very protective of the things we love.

    Yeah and also if everyone puts ideas forward for characters then they might be more likeable seeing that they are our own ideas. We all could shape these characters back stories and personalitys so that there characters we love.

    I'm bot changing their personalities or anything. Just the apoc. story. All characters are based on videogame/comic book characters, they have all the same characteristics, comic book characters choices and deaths will NOT be determinate such as Shawn Green from A New Day. There will be some original characters, you may or may not like them. But I'll play it by ear.
