Should the dislike button removes?

This is my first post on this community, but I have been lurking around here for about 3 months. I just read a thread were HALF(or more) of the discussion was on the freakin dislikes it had.


I think it should removes and this is why:

Some people may not be trolling, but just trying to make a impact, and the impact was "bad", then it gets dislikes. I think that is stupid. I like the Facebook-system were you just can like, or f*ck off.

I just think it should be removing, because imagine all the dislike discussion go away. Then we can have a normal talk about TWD.

    Disliking is not a problem and we shouldn't act as if it is, end of discussion.

    Even the mods agree that it's pointless. Vainanomen even said that 'it's only there to please the little children on the forum' OWTTA

    I think dislike's are being taken to seriously, I mean, when someone dislike your comment is because they don't agree with you, nothing more, but some people are sensitive to that and when they receive dislike they already think everyone hates them.

    The reason they suck is because they promote people saying 'I disagree' without having reasoning for doing so: removing the button increases likelihood of debate, and thus causes more nuanced opinions.

    In that you are right, I guess that yes It would be better don't have the dislike button, but I think to that dislike should not be taking that serious. Still if we take the dislike button then people don't really have to worry about it.

    I did expect a lot of dislikes from people.. that just say everything.

    You can disagree with me - I respect that, but leave a comment to say WHY you are disagree with me instead of a stupid button. The button help SHIT. I cant improve. A button cant tell me HOW to improve or WHAT you disagree with me.

    Oh hell no, son. The dislike button is a good idea, because the Facebook way is made so that it appeals to fools and make it seem like everyone agrees. We don't take too kindly to those types 'round here.

    Dislike button is their for a reason however is easily abused by Character's fanbase's if you dislike their character

    Why do you even bother looking at the like and dislike button? They are just there. If you wana get a point across please do, even if people hate it or trolls mess about.

    The like and dislike button truely doesn't do anything here. Its just here for show and can remain there.

    Everyone should understand if people don't agree with their opinion there is a dislike button without it it'll just be commenting and that'll be no fun then will it? But there are some trolls.
