Will Kenny loose his eye?
I wanna share the theory of an user in another forum, his name is JakeSt
I believe something is going to happen to Ken's face due to the sheer amount of times we don't see his head - or parts of it - in the trailer. Such as the time where Clem hugs him, we don't see his face. When he's holding the hatchet and backing away from walkers - we don't see his face. When he's saying 'go on, you don't need to see this', we only see the left side of his face.
Combine that with the screenshot of Carver beating the shit out of him, and then combine that with the 'Not In Nottingham' achievement picture, which literally has Carver holding a walkie-talkie reflected in a bloody eye, it looks like Ken is going to be a cyclops from now on.
What do you think about it?

Now all he needs is to lose his leg and he'll be an amazing pirate. Boats, eyepatch and a pegleg.
this makes so so so much sense.. :O
Although if Kenny did lose an eye it would be badass of him if he just pushed through it, because the Kenny I know and love never gives up.
Also, be mindful of spoilers in the title.
I think he'll be like Rooster Cogburn, ( from the movie True Grit), and continue to play an anti-hero of sorts.
I only add that, because back on one of the forums that speculated on whether he survived season 1 or not, there were many who were thinking he was going to come back looking like the Governor, and as a villain.
If he does lose an eye, and is wearing a patch, combine that with his bearded look, he'll look totally badass!
Though, honestly I hope that doesn't happen.
I mean kenny's been through enough already.
I think honestly, where says to Clementine at the end of the trailer: " Go on, you don't need to see this," Kenny is about to do something horrible to one of the guards, or possibly to Carver himself.
Or he is about to put Sarita down, if she gets bit.
That quality is admirable, not to mention worth imitating.
However I do disagree with you about the guy Carver was beating up.
It was Kenny.
Go back and take a look.
