I don't really like Kenny
I don't have any opinion about Troy. I'll judge him after episode 3.
Nick is cool. He's my favourite character in season 2 so far.
Luke is meh.
I bet I have more unpopular opinions, but right now I can't think of any.
1. Kaatja (sp?) is the most useless prop in the series. Other than the chronicle of a family, she served no purpose.
2. I do think as funny as Starved for Help was, it was the most cartoonish episode of both seasons and I don't enjoy it as I did the first time I saw it.
3. I hate that Kenny's back. Regardless of being the polarizing character of S1 group, his survival is lazy as fuck.
4. I don't think the S2 group was wrong with their initial reaction to Clem's bite. Being as real as possible, kids are capable as adults to lie and misled others. Though I think their logic was kind of misguided.
5. I don't care for any 400 days character.
My unpopular opinion would be that I'm struggling to care about Alvin. Sure I didn't let him die because I wanted him to live, but I just don't know much about him T_T and we still don't know why he killed George.
1.) Given the choice, I wouldn't have Lee back as the playable character. Don't get me wrong, Lee was a great protagonist, but his time is over and his story has been told. Now TWD is Clementine's story and in a lot of ways it was from the beginning.
2.) I prefer playing as Clementine to playing as Lee. It's a bit tougher to get inside of her character, but once you manage to do so, basing your decisions off of what you think Clem would do is very entertaining.
3.) I don't mind the fact that Clem is hardened in Season 2. The fact that people expect her to remain a sweet, innocent little girl perplexes me. It seems foolish to ignore her character development out of nostalgia for S1 Clementine.
I hate Christa: Sure she kept Clem alive for 16 months but during those 16 months she made Clem think Omid's death was entirely her fault. Maybe if they didn't leave a 9 year-old alone in an abandoned bathroom during the apocalypse just because they HAD to fuck each other then Omid would be alive
I still don't like Duck: He reminds me too much of my neighbor who never shuts up or leaves me the crap alone.
Carlos is one of the greatest characters. He couldn't see the difference between a zombie bite and a dog bite, but nor Luke and Pete or anyone else from the group could. And,frankly,IT'S A MOTHAFAKING ZOMBIE APPOCALIPSE!Who would dare to risk mistaking a walker bite for a dog bite, mmmmmmmmmm?

The fault can come down to clem. She shouldn't have left her gun there. I don't care if she is young but its kinda common knowledge to keep it with you at all times. She could have taken it when fetching for the bottle.

I still don't understand why they had to go in different bathrooms (unless they had a quickie). It's more on Clem than on Christa/Omid. She still had to take inventory on her belongings.

Yeah, but there's no use for the rampant hate until we see the actual series of events. Maybe Carver tells him to hit her. Maybe Troy already warned her not to do anything and she did anyway.
I'm fine with people not liking him after seeing that in the trailer, but saying they hope he gets eviscerated or whatever is taking things a bit far, especially considering he's just Carver's goon.
No offense, but Carley came off as a spotlight-stealing Mary Sue to me, and I found that the story was a lot more interesting with Doug around because:
1. If Carley's alive, she kill-steals from Larry/Mark in the motor inn, destroying a perfectly good opportunity for the player to bond with the two.
2. IIf Carley's alive, Lilly is basically portrayed as a flat, immoral villain and the decision to leave her has no moral ambiguity. If Doug's alive, Lilly is seen in a slightly more sympathetic light and Doug's death is a much more difficult and morally ambiguous scenario.
3. Carley goes through absolutely no character development and comes off as this absolutely perfect little angel of moral goodness. Meanwhile, Doug, Lilly, Kenny, Katjaa, Clem, hell basically everyone else goes through meaningful changes.
4. She has no significant flaws. At all. And no, her not knowing how to use batteries does not count since it has absolutely no relevance to the plot.

Damn. I can't argue any of these points. I agree with 2 in particular. A lot of people strongly resent Lily because they saved Carley and watched Lilly cap her in cold blood.

I just bought the trilogy pack 2 months ago and still don't see why people bash the ending so much. The Walking Dead did the same thing, with only having one ending.
People hated it so much because the series was known for having such open and spread out endings that all branched off in their own paths, then they end it with different colored explosions.

Im gonna start calling her Renegade Clem.
Renegade Shepard, Lee, and Clem 4life!

I never downloaded the dlc. That ending was stupid. Original was better and it seems like nobody remembers it. Thank God I rarely update my Xbox.
Its not like the choices mattered very much throughout the story anyway, Whether you save the council or not in ME1 You barely see an outcome in ME2 besides a few people being a little more bitchy towards you. Im working on my second play through and I want to see what happens if you hand over the reaper to the illusive man at the end of ME2. Though I kind of gave up half way through my second play through of ME2.

I feel like it's awful that some people are killing off characters in their playthrough as a little girl. Well, technically she hasn't really directly killed someone yet, but in certain decisions you can make, that was obviously her intention.
I played my game straight from the box without ever getting online and I didn't see the pick a color shoot the hologram ending.
The first one was my favorite story wise, but I couldn't stand the gameplay or that gawd awful Mako. The second one took forever to get used to since one of the main things I liked about the original was the ammo system, and The third one felt like Gears of War which is among my all time favorite games and I actually liked it better. Actually now that I think about it I cant pick a favorite out of the 3. It would have to be between 2 and 3. hmmmm im gonna go with 2. No 3, the reapers are the most ominous thing I have ever fought in a video game.
I actually liked everything in the first one. I liked the gameplay, and even that car. Everything after that felt like it was ripping something off, or just being boring.

The story kept getting darker and darker the more you progressed which is why I loved it so much. By time I got half way through 3 I myself had lost all hope, which it is hard for me to feel what my character is feeling but I did. I jumped out of my seat when Harbinger hit me with his blast at the end and loved every minute after.
Watch the indoctrination theory video on youtube and you will fall in love with the ending of Mass Effect 3. It actually makes sense and im the type of person who hates fan theories but the creators themselves said not to throw out this theory. Honestly im looking more forward to Mass Effect 4 if they call it that than I am episode 3 of TWD.

Eh. The only theory I enjoyed is one that my friend gave to me. The reapers were protecting everyone from something larger. Something worse. Something willing to destroy all life, period. The reapers weren't afraid of killing off all of the intelligent life, so long as some little life survived. Microbes. Bacteria. That sort of thing.

also i dont like people killing characters like Ben on their playthroughs just cause they commit some mistake . Why dont you kill Kenny then (if there was the option) cause he had committed a bunch of mistakes
Well that's not a theory, that's fact. The reapers were protecting us from ourselves. Once our technology had gotten so advanced it just gets to a point where you can wipe a planet with little to no effort. So somebody created the reapers and just forgot to add a safe word. They even mention that instead of fighting wars they would just push asteroids in the general direction of the planet they wanted to see go bye bye.
The indoctrination theory though I cant explain well since every second of that video makes absolute sense. You basically have been being used like Saren, the illusive man, and the rachni queen ever since you made first contact with the reapers. That child you see in ME3 is a lot more important than you think etc. etc. Its honestly the best theory I have ever seen. If your ever bored for 18 minutes watch it. Im the type that hates to watch long youtube videos but itll feel like a 3 minute video once its over. If you had time to read this you NEED to watch that video.

I liked "Starved for Help" but it was really out of the loop and didn't fit with the rest of the season. It felt like it just kind of happened and then no one ever spoke of it again.
I understand the feeling, however the range of which she can be played makes her a very enjoyable character. The next playthrough I might be a bit more nicer.

Same here, all of them. I don't like Rebecca, but I don't exactly hate her. I think Carlos is a good father, too. And I always play as innocent Clem, I didn't ask whose baby it is, she's only swore once and that was the mandatory one on the bridge. So you, my good friend, can have my like.
* I still play Clem as a kind and innocent little girl in my playthroughs. Or try to anyways.
* I think Carlos is a good father.
* I never actually hated Rebecca.
