ok so this is my theory.
I think that Rebecca will have her baby.
I think kenny and clem will have to help with the delivery and stuff like that.
clem might have some experience with that kind of stuff because of Christa.
and maybe clem will bring up what happened to Christa in a situation like that.
so Rebecca dies so Kenny tells clem to leave because he wants to stop her from turning and doesn't want clem to see it.
now with the "gave what you got" I think this means that you got a life(the baby) but you also lost one (Rebecca)
so you got a life but you also gave one.
and I know kenny looks mad when he says that, but I think he just went through so much that day with the camp and escaping and everything, so he is just stressed and man.
now I could be wrong about all this, its just a theory.

and im pretty sure the baby will live because of the episode 4 achievements.
