    Has to be the scene where he says "You don't wanna see this". It looks like he had a hook in his hand so he's probably going to hang someone up and let them bleed out or something like that. OR it could mean that carver gets Kenny to do horrific crap for him to the rather rebellious members of the group. WE SHALL SEE.

    Rebecca goes through a Lori situation, passes out due to blood loss, and Kenny suggests killing her before she comes back?

    (So we have a situation like) Rebecca, Clem and Kenny will be inprisoned
    Rebecca goes into laber
    Carver get's Carlos as he is the doctor
    Carlos fails to save Rebecca who died during the birthday
    Carver comes and take's the baby and let's Carlos, Clem, and Kenny free to walk around the camp again.
    Kenny tells Clem to go Kenny will stop Rebecca from turning

    IT'S A DOUBLE RAINBOW. Seriously though, Clementine seems like she might be trapped in some kind of room in the episode 203 slide picture, so she might get trapped in a similar situation to the meat locker in season 1.
