I think Cryaotic's was the best, because he took the game seriously and truly got attached. And actually took care of Clem, made logical decisions, and acted as if Lee was him. And his reactions are real, not fake.
Holy crap, if you want someone who hated duck go see RageGamingVideos lets play. I love the guy, but god, sometimes he talked a bit too much and he did an evil laugh when he killed duck. xD
Pewdiepie was pretty good at "To the Moon" (the most depressing game ever), though Cry did that as well so obviously Cry's is gonna be better. :p (Btw I suggest you watch or play that games it really good, specially if you love story driven games like TWD).
The first one I saw was Tobuscus, then Pewdiepie, then Cry. However, I have to say I preferred Cry's playthrough out of all of them. Tobuscu… mores and Pewdiepie are most funny to me when they're playing rage games and not so much story games where I want to pay attention to the storyline and characters because they'll talk over it and make it hard to focus on the story. Cryaotic is now my go-to Youtuber for good story games.
Yeah its fun to watch those guys after to finish the game. Though I like NEVER get their references EVER (and they do reference alot) it's still kind of a good watch. xD
You should try Two Best Friends play The Walking Dead. The channel name is The Sw1tcher or something like that, and they will do Season 2 once it is all released. Their playthrough of Season 1 was pretty funny, and they're very enjoyable to listen to

For watching user youtube playthroughs on TWDG, I gotta say pewdiepie just for what a bizzare guy he is. And I can't lie, the moment where he had to decide if to sit with Luke or Kenny really had me laughing out loud with the comments he was coming out with.
"Oh no, look at him he's so alone, and he has to sit with Nick and Nick is such an idiot! I can't let him let alone with Nick man!"
That and I find watching him afterwards cheers me up from whatever gloomy stuff happens in an episode XD
Cry's playthrough was my favorite, but I will say that if Markiplier did a playthrough of TWD, he'd probably edge Cry out of my top position… more. I like Mark's brand of commentary the best; it really feels genuine, even more than Cry at times. Both Cry and Mark did a playthrough of The Last of Us, and based on the similarities between the stories and me enjoying Mark's version more, I can guess a Markiplier playthrough would be awesome as well. Plus, I wish Cry facecammed; part of my enjoyment from their reactions is seeing the player's faces.
This thread has definitely given me some LP options I didn't know about before, though. I'll have to check some of them out sometime.

Yup, guys you don't understand it's a great game, but it's not perfect. FFS loves the game, well...they loved season one ep 2 3 4 and 5 and the rest maybe not so much, they're just giving their opinions on it.
I prefer watching the youtubers who play it without commentary because it feels like it takes away from it if someones speaking over it. However sometimes I do like the commentary to hear the persons reaction to certain scenes in the episodes.
My favourite TWDG let's player is Kelly, from her channel "KPopp". She's pretty cool, though she does make HORRIBLE decisions. Like, faceplam horrible. I think she got pretty much everyone killed last episode.

I started watching TheQuxxn play TWD before I even started playing it myself, she got me interested in playing it. Sadly she passed away last year, so now I don't really watch anyone play it… (We all miss you quxxn! RIP)
