I'd say Kenny is 45.
And I'd say Carver is either 47 or 48.
Both men also look to be around the same height and weight.
The biggest difference between Kenny and Carver, is that Carver is brutal, vicious an ruthless.
Kenny, even though he has had to kill to survive, does express regret for the things he has done. And Kenny also expresses sympathy for others who have experienced loss.
Carver is psychotic.
He appears to be willing to kill anyone for any reason.
And he expresses no remorse for the people he has killed.

Mid 50s for Carver
I was thinking more late 30s haha

I think Kenny was around 40-43 in the first season and is in his mid 40's now. His beard and hair are significantly grayer than in the first season, though that could just be due to the slight change in art style or stress.
Carver can't be older than 50. He's not even graying yet. He's probably older than Kenny though, if not about the same age.
Carver: 41
Carver, I'd put him above 45 but below 55.
Carver between 45 and 53
and carver in his late 40s
Kenny: 39-41

Remember that the Majestic Mustache can make Kenny look alot older.
Kenny's beard made him look a bit older, but he's not.
Carver seems older, late 40's or early 50's. Let's say 52.
But when I looked again at his picture, I'd say that is possible.
One thing I will say for Carver, he has nice hair and a good haircut.
Goes to show, you don't have to look like shit, even in the apocalypse.

Case and point, Richard Dean Anderson a.k.a MacGyver.
In the later seasons of the show MacGyver, RDA's mullet looked so cool, it was unreal.
I'll tell you it'd be interesting to see how Kenny looks without his cap.
Honestly the way I see it is, if you have nice hair and a great haircut, than why the hell are you hiding it!?
Same thing as regards the beard, if you can grow a good beard, and your job allows you to do so, than why shave it?
But that's just me!
You know when I first played the game, I figured Kenny to be 50 yrs old.
If that's so, he's Lee senior by 12 years.
