Cant download on xbox?

it says new and when I try to start the download it has a little caution sign and it wont initiate. Its clearly available to download, whats the deal?

    It isn't coming out on the xbox till the 14th

    It's because the information is on the xbox live servers but it isn't available until the release date which is on the 14th, 15th where I live.

    It seems like a false alarm. It's happened before according to various users.

    As others have said, the episode comes out on Xbox Live Wednesday worldwide.
