What if... (epsiode 3 spoilers)

What if Luke HAS been bitten, meaning the walker "virus" is in his blood stream? As Clem bit him when he took her into that room to talk to her the first time, could the walker "virus" have entered her blood stream also in the case, as Luke says he "thinks she drew blood".
Part of me thinks i am making something out of nothing, and another part of me hopes i am, but if this is the case it could be quite an interesting plot twist (if kind of hard to understand.)

    I don't think that Clementine will die because of it. I mean... I'm sure based of The Walking Dead knowledge. If you watched TV show or at least read a comic books (or even play season 1, obviously!) then you know that (SPOILER ALERT!) everyone are infected. Everyone has it already. Virus, parasite or whatever this is. Clementine won't turn because she bite Luke. Even if he was bitten. It doesn't work that way in The Walking Dead so nothing to worry about in my opinion.

    What i mean by infected is that if you are bitten by a walker it is something in the bite that causes you to slowly die (i know everyone is "infected" and turn on death anyway) I don't know, i probably am making something out of nothing like you say, but it would kind of make sense if Luke had been bitten then that same thing that would be slowly killing him would start slowly killing Clementine if it entered her blood stream through the bite.

    I know what you're thinking but I can assure you that it isn't going to happen. Maybe in other zombie universe sure but in The Walking Dead it doesn't work that way as far as I know. Maybe if Luke was in the final stage but... even if he is bitten then he still looks pretty fine for the most of the episode so I think that Clementine will be alright. :) Don't worry about it.

    I honestly don't know what would happen if you ingested the blood of someone who was bitten. My guess is you would probably get sick too. It's probably the same as ingesting walker blood, but the process is slower.

    I'm like 90% convinced that Luke was NOT bitten. He would have shown some symptoms when we saw him again on the second day. No way he, or anyone, could last over 24 hours after being bit. He wouldn't be able to stand, let alone help the group escape.

    Though I wonder... what happens to someone who is scratched by a walker? I assume they would still get infected, but would the process be slower? Maybe Luke was scratched?

    One thing I will say about Clem biting Luke, is that I hope it's not foreshadowing something bad, and that it's just a nod to her biting Winston in E1.

    In the TV Show and comic books there was a bunch of situations similiar to this one if we are talking about a ways of getting infected so I'm 99,9% sure that Clementine (even if Luke is bitten) won't die because she bite him.

    Ah, I guess you're right. I watch the TV show and read the comics, but I couldn't think of a particular situation like this.

    In my playthrough Clem didn't even bite him so I doubt it

    I only have one complaint about episode 3

    If Alvin dies in episode 2, then in episode 3 Clementine found a small gun. Carver dies by Kenny's hand using a crowbar.

    So here's my complaint: Why wasn't Clementine the one to kill Carver. She would have point the small gun at his head and pull the trigger and blow his head off. Sarita would be glad Kenny did not kill him, but would shock her and the others that Clementine did it. If TellTale re-release the game then they should put that option in there

    Besides that why isn't the other characters from 400 Days didn't join up. Bonnie appears to be the only one. So I'm thinking they would appear later on for revenge

    For example remember fight between Governor and Michonne in TV show? She used glass from aquarium and stabbed him into his eye. Following Tomith thinking Governor should die and turn because of it but he didn't. If he didn't die from glass which was covered in (probably) infected water then I think Clementine should be fine.

    P.S I still think that Luke isn't bitten. I played second time today to check it and other things once again. In my opinion he was just tired and starved because he had no food. He also talked about the fact that they caught him when he finally decide to take a risk and find some food because he was very hungry.

    In the fear of the hunters Chapter of the comic Dale gets bit and tries to wander off so that his death wont sorrow the group. While wandering off the hunters catch him and eat his last leg. Dale laughs and tells them he was bit after they've eaten it and the hunters start throwing it up but their fine afterwards. Didn't work on them.
