I thought Carver would be the main Antagonist for the season but he died in this episode. In my opinion, it is a quick waste of a awesome antagoinst. Do you think that there will be a lack of antagonist or you think a new enemy will appear? What do you think about this?

I was kind of bummed out that Carver died so soon before getting more time to attempt to corrupt Clementine, and before we got to know him more(he might have been a pretty good guy at some point, Luke didn't seem to want to just kill him), but he's dead now. There will probably be more antagonists, yes. Just look at season 1. There was a new antagonist every episode. Mostly the antagonist was 'zombies' though lol.

I want a good antagonist, but not this man (or monster, pick your choice)

I mean...come on, he clearly lost it long ago. Whoever William Carver once was, it wasn't a human being left in that human body.

Crazy ones are always the creepiest. And i enjoy that kind of scary character models in stories. He would be dead eventually with that head of course.

I liked that he got killed. I mean, he is a good antagonist but for me it would be kind of boring to have to deal with a guy that is insane for the rest of the episodes.

My view on this is a bit different, I think Carver's death is an interesting plot twist, now we don't have this cliché antagonistic character who dies at the end of the story.
I'm not sure whether or not a new main antagonist will appear, but I'm almost sure that in episode 4 and 5 everything will go to shit. I have no idea how TTG is gonna do this though.

Well, i am concerned since antagonist is gone, walkers are passed by and we have gathered a small group but what is the new danger? Whats left without Carver to keep us on the edge of our seats?

It would have been cool to see him as the main antagonist for the entire season. Kinda bummed he died so early on, but his death scene was definitely memorable.

Do you think the rest of his camp is going to go after Clem's group? Or do you think they will disband? Maybe they'll cross paths again and Carver's group (400 Days people?) will initially be hostile those Clem's group for ruining their lives and destroying their camp.

That's why I think that TTG is not going to present us an enemy, but problems within the group. What I think that'll happen (what I'm gonna say now is COMPLETELY hypothetical and is just a theory), is that the group will fall apart and Clementine will go through some emotional situations because of this. Maybe someone will die again, and she thinks back of all the other ones that died. She will blame herself and maybe lose hope and give up. Something in this direction. I think such a scene could be VERY emotional, you know what I mean?

I thought she was just being realistic (and a bit pessimistic). She probably recognizes herself in Clementine, so maybe she just recommends her to leave the group (my opinion though).

Carver was good while he lasted but we definitely have plenty more antagonists out there. Nate is still out there. Hell, Tavia and whoever was at Carver's camp is still there. It's not going to be an easy road just yet.

Based on how TT handles antagonists, Carver would've never made it to episode 4. They usually spend one episode introducing them, and the other developing them and killing them off.

Now that Carver is dead and they escaped his camp, I can see the zombies being the main problem for the survivors, the zombies were the big problem in Season 1 but in season 2 they have been a bit of an inconvenience as it was all about Carver who I think was a bit over the top bad and unrealistic for this game.

In Season 1 we didn't really have a main antagonist through the series, that put more focus on the group itself and how they were gonna survive the zombie apocalypse.

Yeah I didn't expecting him to be dead this early,but I think it's enough already because his private talk with Clementine is something that give us to think about,and now he's dead,his words will give Clementine to think about a lot. In my opinion tho.
