***** for protagonist of potential season 3? [Spoilers]

Kenny. I don't know, it just crossed my mind and I'm curious as to what others think. He's really growing as a character and I feel like killing him off at the end of the season would just be a repeat of the first season's episode 5.

    i don't think he would really make a great playable character, he's better off as clem's buddy, and we will play as clem in season 3! :D

    I think I agree with you. I just want him to survive the season, and if that means playing as him in season 3, even as Clem's guardian? I'm 100% behind that.

    Unfortunately, I don't think Kenny will survive this season. I think his impulsive behaviour is going to get him killed, or he will die saving Clem.

    You're more than likely right. Finishing the latest episode may have gotten me more attached to Kenny's character than I'm comfortable with considering Telltale's history. :P

    Nah I'm with you, I like Kenny too. He was pretty badass this episode, but if Carver had smashed him a couple more times with that walkie talkie, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have made it.

    Kenny has definitely grown as a character, but not a PLAYER character. He's the most important NPC in the game, for better or worse, and it's what he's good at. A small DLC as him would be about as much as I'd want to play as him. An entire season, despite how much I like him, would just be too weird for me.

    I don't know TWD is really really REALLY big. Not to say GoT isn't either it will do well for sure but I don't think it'll stand in the way of us getting another TWD season and i'm expecting more than 1 season of GoT since it was signed as a multiple year contract. I think the reason we haven't heard anything on TWD season 3 is because well.....not only are we still in Season 2 but they have Wolf and their two 2 projects too. I do think Borderlands will be the weakest of the bunch too.

    True. I think for a game like this the PC should mostly be a blank slate. I think there is a lot of potential for his character though.

    I really like Kenny, and I actually think most of his decisions this Season are exactly what we should do (in Season 1 there were a few instances where I though.. Ah, should we really be doing that ?).

    But even then, Kenny's an NPC, which means his character is already defined, he's the stubborn, tough yet kind with his group, hot-headed bastard he is. If there was a playable him, the choices would probably be all similar, they'd be what we expect him to say, thus not much surprise. A DLC maybe to fill in the gap between Episode 5 and the sky lodge would be nice to have but nothing more than that.

    I agree. But in a way don't Clem, and formerly Lee, have their own personalities? Though I suppose silence is always a valid option with both of those characters and that wouldn't work at all for Kenny.

    The thing is, if he HAD died during Season One, that basically would have been how he went out: sacrificing himself for the good of Lee (and Clem). His reappearance felt like I had been cheated out of a satisfying ending for his character.

    And now he just spends half his time bickering with everyone about how he knows what's best and Luke doesn't... it's Kenny vs. Lily all over again.

    I personally feel he will die this season. Sarita is bit. She probably dies and it causes Kenny to lose it. He lost his Wife, His Son, his close friends Lee, Matthew and Walt, and now possibly his GF. I bet that he might very well die.
