Why was ****** completely absent from the Preview trailer?

I did both of the options that were present and yet in both you don't see Sarita at all, not even is she mentioned; at the very least Kenny would bring her up since she's his girlfriend but NOPE, it's like she was completely forgotten by the group, which is unsettling because there's not many people left..

    Just because we didn't see him looking worried in the preview doesn't mean he won't in the actual episode.

    Right now, for all we know Sarita collapsed and got eaten. So pretty much anything they showed would have kind of killed the cliffhanger ending.

    Let's hope she didn't, these preview trailers tend to leave ALOT of unexplained answers; until the episode arrives that is.

    Because her actually being alive is probably determinant now. They don't want to include her in the trailer if there isn't a 100% chance that she's going to show. The way I see it, it could go a couple of ways: either she dies no matter what decision you make, or her living depends solely on whether you severed her arm or not, with the severing allowing her to live a bit longer. Even if she does survive, though, I doubt she'll be as happy and caring as she was.
