  • I left. But i`ll play my different save, how horrible is that beating???
  • I watched it... Wish I didn't.
  • I watched. I have a feeling that it's going to be a major piece of character development for Clementine. Lee killed the St. John's, but Clem still never saw a murder of that utter brutality before.

Personally, I HATED Carver by the end of that episode and I'm no stranger to gory situations. Still, when Kenny pulped him with the crowbar, I still felt sick and started to tear up a little. The way Telltale handled the survivor-on-survivor violence was phenomenal. They didn't glorify it, but never shied away from the sheer horror of it.
  • I watched it then replay it cuz I didn't want Clem to watch it
  • Watched. Though when I said just shoot him earlier I meant it. The entire scene is was like "HURRY UP, someone will come in and stop us, now no.... more talking .... just kill him already"
  • Clem had to watch it. It'll make her stronger.

    Besides, she's seen worse before.
  • As horrible as you can probably imagine. Kenny is just beating him until there is nothing left on his face.

  • I initially wanted to stay and I said "I'm not leaving" then when Carver was talking about how Clem was just like him, I realized that if I stayed Carver would be right.
  • I left and I don't regret it because I saw on youtube Carver's death scene.
  • I watched, after seeing him kill 3 different guys ( on my game ) just to hand down some twisted lesson or make a point, I wasn't about to miss seeing him get his.
  • I watched.
  • I was playing as good Clem so I left, I haven't played as bad Clem yet so I haven't seen it, what's it like?
  • One word: Brutal.

  • I left. But only because I was sure that shit will go down with dem herd and I would be left behind by the rest of the group. After I realised there's no difference, I couldn't stop asking myself why didn't I stay and watch this piece of shit die in the most brutal way, which would fit to Clem's character as she became sadder, not so full of life and actually more badass after Lee's death (her character development is a masterpiece). Then I gave more thought to it and came to a conclusion that it would be too much for Clem. Plus, I didn't want her to become what Carver thought she is and give him the satisfaction. It even felt like Clem wouldn't even want to waste time on seeing him die. So yeah, I left by mistake and came to a conclusion I've made the right choice.
  • I watched.
  • I watched and enjoyed.. Tha piece of scum...
  • I left. Clem doesn't need to see dat shit.
  • Damn, man! Cold ass mothafucka, you're destined to become an assassin.

  • Dude, Kenny literally bashes his head in, it is probably the most violent scene in all of the walking dead game, and even TV show. Not the comics though.

  • I watched. I winced with Clem, yet enjoyed it all the same. They dropped the ball with Carver, but hey, at least I got some good ol' catharsis. No, that does not make me or my Clem a worse person, it was just something that happened, and that the three (four?) of us needed to watch.

I watched, because my clem is bloodthirsty, and vengeful.

Also it was probably one of the most satisfying experiences I've ever had in a game. I was hoping clem could atleast get a kick in.
  • I stayed and watched.. I was even hoping Kenny would hand Clem the crowbar at the end so she could get in a whack!
  • Watched it. And loved the scene.
  • God dayum! We got a bunch of cold-blooded mothafuckas!
  • I left. I don't see any reason to watch Kenny beating crap out of Carver.
  • I watched, Clem is past the point where she can afford to hide from the realities of her world.

I watch the shit out of it. Wouldn't miss it for the world. I just saw the meaner side of Carver this episode and really got to hate his guts.
  • Stayed and watched, enjoyed every second of it
  • I wanted to see that fucker die so.. Ye.
  • Ha, I watched carvers death gladly but the only problem I had was with sarita or whoever it was. Firstly who are you trying to take me away from the scene. I've done everything from coming up with a plan stealing walkie talkies to sneaking around turning on speakers. What has she done. Not a dang thing. What gives her the right to try and take me away from such a glorious site. You don't even speak English!
  • I watched.And I enjoyed every second of it.Fuck Carver!
  • I watched it. I was burning with anger for all the things that Carver did. Later though when i finished the game and thought about it some more, i think i should had left, Clem already seen enough bad things in the past.
  • Who is going to leave when this guy just "Bitchslapped" Clem and murder other people?. He deserve it and watch his death was a must!.

I left. I didn't need to see it to make me feel better but that wasn't even the reason. I left because that's what I thought Clementine would do. She didn't need to see something like that. Not to mention that watching someone she loves brutally killing someone isn't something very nice to see. Hell, just watching someone killing another human being is already traumatizing. And yeah, in the world they live, she's pretty much accustomed to it, but that doesn't mean that they should embrace it. I want her to maintain her humanity the best she possibly can. Enough killing, enough bloodshed. Yes, it will continue, but I'll always try to diminish it the best I can.

Also, Carver wanted her to stay. Another reason for her to leave.
  • Deffo watched,Carver was responsible for most of the bad things that happened, and what he did to Kenny....i watched and enjoyed it.
  • I stayed. Dude had it coming six ways to Sunday, and I think Clem deserved the satisfaction of watching him get what was coming to him.

It was a difficult decision but I watched. Usually I always try to spare as many people as I can and I try to be good but Carver went too far from the moment he hit Clem in the beginning of the episode and I couldn't wait to see something bad happen to him.
  • I watched too...he was a monster and everyone should have stayed for his execution (I mean the characters who left, not you individual players). I would have liked an option to get a hit with the crowbar or a kick to his face myself but will revel in the fact that Kenny whopped the crap outta that nasty turd.
