Something I noticed about Luke
So, basically he's never shot anyone. He never even drew his gun when Matthew did OR when Kenny was literally holding his whole group at gunpoint. The only time he finally draws on someone is when it's Carver, and even when you tell him to shoot (like I did) he freaks out a little bit and doesn't do it. In fact, he acts like thats totally out of the question.
So what do you guys think? Do you think this will play a part in future episodes?

Another thing I kinda thought about was that, the guy hadn't eaten since the peaches and beans in the lodge. He hadn't slept on the first day in Camp Carver, so maybe he got some winks in while hiding, but the guy still hasn't eaten in 2 whole days. He also mentioned that Carver scavenged everything around his HQ, meaning there isn't anything to eat within a large radius. All the food and resources were with Carver. That means, unless they hunt an animal, or find something Carver missed, Luke is going to die from starvation WHILE within the group! I didn't see anyone sneak a bag of chips on their way out, did you?
At this point in my playthrough, though, I'm done with that particular "stare into the abyss" moral conflict. Carver was a fucking asshole. I wasn't really down with beating his head in--I just wanted to shoot him. But oh well.
I'm sure they'll find food somehow, maybe not straight away, but in the course of a month at least. If anything Luke'll end up fainting out of exhaustion and/or weakness, which I can actually see happening.
"You don't kill dawgs, man :("
It's no surprise that he's super against taking people's lives , as well.
I think that'll turn out to be his biggest weakness. He's unable to kill people. A bit TOO good-natured, you know?
What Sarita said about Walter and Matthew in the lodge, can be used on Luke. "Honestly, it's dangerous to be this kind nowadays. But they just can't help it."
And we all know how they both ended up.
He got angry at Clem when she said she killed Sam the dog, and he ran away from Kenny when Kenny tried to start sniping at Carvers group.
He also, despite all that happened, refused to shoot Carver.
This is a noble thing, but will end up killing him in the long run.
HOWEVER, something I just thought of: Could he be working for the bad guys in the shadows? Is that why he refused to shoot any bad guy?
Theory:
What if Carver and Luke are on the same side? Carver has Luke lie and pretend to be running from the hardware store group. Maybe Carver informed Luke not to hurt anyone at the Lodge, so thats why Luke didn't shoot Matt? Luke also mysteriously vanished during the attack at the Lodge. Maybe he was taking care of unfinished business? Perhaps later on, Luke, while Clem is doing everything she is doing, talked with Bonnie and decides to Betray Carver? I mean, come on. How could Carver and the others honestly track the group up to the lodge for FIVE days without being noticed? Luke knew and must have informed them.
